Appearance: Nyx and Alan, as identical twins, are supposed to look the same, but because of their different childhoods they appear very different. Both twins are six-foot-two and have snow-white skin, black hair, and crimson eyes.
Alan is wickedly handsome, with a constant sparkle in his eyes. His hair is short, sometimes spiked but usually in a rich, thick mop with the “just-out-of-bed” look. Often he’s found with a bit of sexy, rugged stubble, which quite pleases the fans. He enjoys removing his shirt at concerts and tossing it to the crowd, showing off his lean, muscular chest. He does have several black scars on his upper torso, but doesn’t explain them to anyone, leaving them a mystery for the fans to wonder and daydream about. His trademark is his sexy, wolfish grin and frequently being “killed” quite realistically on stage.
Nyx is almost a shadow or ghost of Alan; though he looks quite similar in basic structure, he is sickeningly thin and frail-looking from years of near-starvation. His hair is long, almost halfway down his back, and he usually ties it in a loose ponytail or does something strange with it. When he wears revealing clothes, he hides his scars with an appearance spell because they’re so numerous; he prefers to avoid questions involving them, though a few select fans and friends have been informed as to their origins. Across his face is a thick black “N”, carved in by his stepmother with the two vertical lines over his eyes and the diagonal one across the bridge of his nose. He has a pair of small fangs, which he likes to show off either as he sings or with a wolfish grin to match his brother’s, though it’s not as wicked or handsome. His neck bears two small black dots, scars presumably caused by a vampire. His trademark move is calling a fan to the stage and biting them mid-song, though no one is sure if he drinks their blood or simply does it for show.
History/Bio: After their parents split up, the boys grew up apart; Nyx dealt with an abusive stepmother and several drug addictions while Alan suffered intense pain and phantom injuries as a result of their connection as twins, though no one could figure it out at the time. Neither really remembered having a brother, until they met again when they were eighteen. Alan became a part of Nyx’s addictions and ill behavior, and they even sold themselves as “pleasure princes” for twisted customers who appreciated the ‘physical talents’ of the twins. Their sister at last discovered their disgusting lifestyles and aided both in cleaning up and finding respectable, stable lives again. Again they parted, though their sister kept a watchful eye on both, until a few years later. An idea sparked, and they pursued their career as musicians, triggering the birth of Vampiric Mangos.

Appearance: Nathan is 5'11" and very thin. His hands are quite long and slender, usually appearing very delicate, and perfect for climbing things or playing his instruments. He has platinum-blond hair down to his waist, which he usually puts in a ponytail or braid or some sort of fancy style. His eyes are pale, icy blue and go from a very soft tone when he's reading to a fierce, sharp look when he's upset or focusing on magic. He has very feminine features, save for his blatantly male, pointed nose. Enjoying rather consistent, public crossdressing, he may wear a simple, dark skirt and light turtleneck, or even an elaborate Elizabethan-style dress. When simply hanging with friends, he wears baggy dark pants and a turtleneck, with the sleeves torn off in hot weather. He is usually found barefoot. He leads his fans to believe he’s female, supporting it with frequent fan-servicing snogs with both the Altair twins.
History/Bio: Not much is known about his past, though it can be assumed from his thick accent that he came from Scotland. He speaks fluent German and a touch of French he claims he learned in private school. He never bothers to take care of himself, and often in a fit of bibliophilic reading will forget to eat for a few days. He's very sweet, and adores nature and the outdoors. His naturally feminine voice, though a bit low, aids him in convincing his seas of fans that he is a woman, though close friends and band members know otherwise as they see him apply makeup and dress before every concert.
Anything else?: bisexual, loves Italian food, despises white chocolate and raspberries, adores milk chocolate and caramel, frequents cafés for his favorite drink (mocha frappucino) and quiet reading in a warm corner, often stays in libraries for hours on end and falls asleep there, drives a 2007 Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible in “Salsa Red” (with a 6-disc CD changer, cream roof and interior, and reggae wheels), borderline claustrophobic, loves romance novels and movies

Why do you love Vampiric Mangos?: Alan is “the most beautiful being on the planet”, and it is David’s dream to turn him and keep him forever.
Appearance: David has porcelain skin, quite fair and lovely, and piercing golden eyes. His hair is thick and long, a rich chocolate brown color. He keeps it in a very tidy ponytail. He has sharp, but attractive features and the natural sexual attraction of vampires. He usually wears a white dress shirt, black blazer, and dress pants. For the most part he’s barefoot or in black combat boots. Two silver hoops adorn his right ear, one in the lobe and the other in the cartilage. He has a pair of sharp, vicious fangs.
History/Bio: David’s been a vampire so long he doesn’t remember his human life – and he doesn’t seem to mind. He’s immune to the dangers of sunlight that his fellow bloodsuckers suffer from, as well as the effects of the crucifix. For many years, he trained in various fighting techniques and weaponry. His fierce passion for everything that catches his interest is what keeps him going – to him, an infinite life means infinite opportunities for adventuring and discovering new aspects of culture and recreation. One aspect he’s unearthed is the Vampiric Mangos, and naturally, Alan Altair. His affection for the healthier of the musical twins has gone largely unnoticed thus far, as he usually lingers in the back of concerts and plots the time where he’ll capture the man’s heart for his own.
Anything else?: David doesn’t hunt humans, far preferring the taste of exotic animals, and making do with deer and what wildlife is available around his home (rabbits, bears, etc…). He often wonders, however, what Alan’s blood will taste like when he finally gets the chance to taste it.

Why do you love Vampiric Mangos?: Let's be honest: she actually really, really, really, really loves Nathan A. Wilson. She has hand-made t-shirts, with his name on the back of them. He- she was once at a point of teetering between deciding what his gender really was -is her idol. Louisa isn't at the point of being called a stalker, but she can claim to have seen him in a few choice cafes, for a mocha frappucino (his favorite.) Right, she isn't a stalker, she just has good luck and a good pair of eyes. But besides the band consisting of Nathan and others, it might just be her closet yaoi addiction that first drew her to incessant fandom. Her desk drawers full of doujinshi support this theory... She doesn't write band based doujin, she swears on the bible she doesn't. And she also doesn't run that internet twincest support forum. Really.
Appearance: Louisa, or as she actually prefers: Lulu, has a prime distinguishing feature of an award winning, braces constructed, required-retainer-wear-at-night smile. Her skin is naturally pale, but occasionally she ends up with a nice sunburn due to outdoor photography expeditions. Her hair is a dark box-dye black, cut in choppy layers down to her neck. Her bangs are cut straight across her forehead, just covering her eyebrows, but not covering her cocoa brown eyes. She has very long, dark, eyelashes, but her eyes are usually covered by a pair of square, rimless glasses, unless she feels like putting contacts in but she usually doesn't (they make her eyes itch). Lu likes to rim her eyes with a thick line of black on the bottoms, and a bright neon color around the top, something like bright pink or turquoise. Sometimes she even gets creative, drawing little stars or butterflies, once even some sparrows, at the corners of her eyes.

Lulu stands at only about 5'2", she's very short and because of this it's hard for her to keep an extremely slim figure, so she actually isn't very thin. She's the kind of girl who wears size large t-shirts and size 7 or 9 pants, and the bottoms of those pants end up frayed and dragging on the ground because the sizing is disproportioned and they're too long. She doesn't like to talk about her weight, obviously, but it's not like she let's it control her just because she happens to be shorter and has a slow metabolism. She likes to just say that she's cute. She isn't a supermodel, but, she's cute. Not pretty, not beautiful, definitely not sexy, but she does happen to be cute.
She's fine with the way she is for the most part, with her purple messenger bag purse with a Vampiric Mangos patch and some pro-choice pins, hand made t-shirts and black and white striped hoodie.

History/Bio: Born in 1989, in San Fransisco, California, where she lived for three years before her parents divorced and her mother stole her away to Oregon. She was in Oregon for two years before her father tracked them down, and so then they hauled a** to Washington, originally in a hotel in a suburb of Seattle somewhere, and then eventually settled in Seattle. It took them a month to get themselves out of a hostel in Seattle and into an apartment, and they couldn't ever afford to then get themselves a house, but it worked out just fine for Louisa and her mother. Lu isn't really sure why it is her mother took so much effort to keep her away from her father, but she is sure that it was a decent reason. She trusts her mother above anyone else, as she was the only stable thing in her life growing up.
Anything else?: The coffee shops know her because instead of giving the actual names of drinks, she has a habit of saying the name of the band member who's favorite drink it is. So if she wants a non-fat, decaf, white chocolate mocha, she says she wants an Alan Altair. This actually only works in one coffee shop, cafe actually, but the employees of others are slowly learning.

Why do you love Vampiric Mangos?: Isabella considers herself a musical aficionado and truly loves VM for their sound. She has a deep respect for Nyx and admires him most for his obvious talents in the musical field.
Appearance: Isabella is known for her large doe eyes that are a striking glass marble green, ever-red lips and unblemished ivory porcelain skin. She has reddish-gold hair that naturally curls in large tendrils that tend to make her look like a doll. When her hair is straightened it ends mid thigh, but only reaches past her bottom when left alone. The charms of her race are not lax in her; she carries a fragile China doll charm that has been known to attract *****. Isabella is petite, thin and of average height. Isabella has a gothic-Lolita style, preferring clothing with lace and frills, as well as the occasional ribbon.
History/Bio: Isabella is a pure blood vampire, born in Venice to a high noble vampire family She has been around for many centuries and has spent most of her time appreciating and partaking in music and other cultural arts, which helps her sell antiques. In her earlier years, Isabella sang in operas and the like, where she was extremely popular. Most of her family and friends were killed by hunters long ago, making her one of the very few pure bloods left. Her pure blood makes her immune to nearly all vampiric weaknesses, with the exception of decapitation and a stake to the heart and gives leaves her anything but helpless. She is, for the most part, dignified and refined, though when presented with something of interest she tends to act the age she appears and gets rather bubbly.
Anything else?: Isabella only drinks human blood from a willing donor, which involves no contact of flesh because it would turn the donor. She rarely needs to feed and most of her meals come from other vampires who find it an honor to feed a pure blood, though she does not feel she is doing those she feeds on an honor. She enjoys drinking alcohol for pleasure, though it is sometimes hard for her to get any because of her appearance.
