I was walking around my town collecting the fruit from my trees and then the next thing I know is that im waveing at Bunnie. (Yesh, she is in my town) Oh and does anyone have Dotty? If you do Does she get sick a lot?

If you tap one of your neigbors, you wave at them, and they wave back.

yeah today I waved at rosie and really happy music went
and I waved at stitches and just music went.
I plan on waving at stitches more <3

they can also bow too, if you wave at them, depending on their personality (i forget which personalites do that, though).

Yeah, Marina and Nan don't wave, they bow. o.O But I'm also on the friendliest terms with them..so maybe bowing has to do with friendship, not personality? I'm not sure. XD

I'm pretty sure it's not like that.
The way they wave/bow depends on their personality.

Yeah, it's by personality.
I've waved to many new animals and the bow/wave and the tune doesn't change.
Animals with a Cranky (m), Jock (m), Peppy (f), or Snooty (f) personality wave while Normal (f) and Lazy (m) ones bow.

Have you ever noticed that when you catch a bug/fish and an animal happened to see you they start to applaud?
The only exception is when catching fleas. Then they stand around looking dumb and if you talk to them they say something about having had the flea.
