Well i know what thats like, a couple of years ago i was really upset and i got angry at lots of my friends. But i got over it, and they forgave me, and now i'm really happy.
That sounds really bad, have you tried talking to your parents? Or if they won't listen or you're scared to, you could talk to social services or someone. If you try and stay out their way, it won't happen as much, but if its that bad you should get someone to make it stop.
Tell the people who are special to you that you don't mean it, and about your parents, i'm sure if they are as special as you think, they'll understand and they won't mind if you lash out, cause they'll know you don't mean it.
