Who's read it? I read it the night I got it, non stop. It was awesome.
So who's finished it then?
I don't want to say too much, just that I thought it was a good ending because she left it wide open for fan fictions and later stories she may come up with.
What do you guys think?

I love Harry Potter but the last book, I didn't finish in one sitting. I got tired and left to do some other things unlike with the other books which I couldn't put down!
I'm not really into Harry x Ginny. I've never cared for Ginny much. And what they named one of their kids is what I found stupid. Albus Severus? Come on! Think of original, better names for your kid. They just don't go together. But that just might be me.
Overall though, I liked it.

It was wonderful. The ending was what really pissed me off, but I'm growing to like it more and more.
As for the names of their kids. Yea, J.K., you have some issues. Don't call their kids Albus Severus. That's just wrong. And what was up with Malfoy's son's name? SCORPIUS?? Lol, me and my friend were laughing so hard when we read this!!
And a lot of people died. I was shocked. Two of the main characters did NOT die. I mean, I was expecting Ron, Hermione, or Harry to die, but maybe that's not what she meant. xD

I've read it!! Eventually I know what's happening! But it was a little dissappointing seeing Voldemort's ending coming through a miscalculation. Nevertheless I liked it a lot. It had lots of turnings of plot and some interesting ideas. I loved the story of Snape, and I the "humanization" of Dumbledore. Overall I believe it was a good ending. rolleyes

<--- Help me get these? Donations are luffed!Oh how I loved the story of Snape! I liked how when he was a kid he would play with Lily and stuff! I thought it was so cute!!
I was disappointed that Voldemort, one of the greatest wizards in the world, died from Expelliarmus. What a lame spell. I don't care if it was a miscalculation or whatever, it was lame.

I got it in the morning and didn't stop reading until around 3am that night. It took me about 14 hours total...^^ It was COMPLETELY worth it! The book was the best by far, and though it didn't make me cry (well, I teared up when reading that Harry named his kid after Snape...) it was still amazing.
I was a bit confused about the Elder Wand thing...so, it was Malfoy's wand, but with Dumbledore's body...but when Harry stole Malfoy's wand, posession of the Elder Wand ALSO passed to him, even though he didn't take the actual wand? eek Still, it was very sweet. I liked Hermione and Ron...and Harry with Ginny is better than Harry with Cho, anyway. xp

I read the book. I found it a little too long. It was somewhat like Eldest. Really long and nothing interesting until the very end. I do like the battle for Hogwarts. I really did not care for the names Harry and Ginny gave their kids. I liked Snapes memories though. I am happy now the series is over.

Deathly Hallows was quite rushed in my opinion, but I liked the ending (minus the killing spree and the weird next gen names). Rowling said something about maybe writing a Harry Potter 8, but if she were, she'd probably write it on 10 years time.

As of now, she's going to make a large encyclopedia of all the potions, spells, creatures, and I believe even characters.

The book was okay but it's slightly disappointing. Many died and harry didn't finish his 7th year in hogwarts! crying Some parts are awesome but some are boring for me.I relly liked the previous books but thids one slightly dissapointed me...But I liked the part that Bellatrix was killed and Harry won over Voldemort. At least Harry ended up with Ginny not Cho Chang.

I can't believe Harry didn't finish his last year in Hogwarts. How did he even get a job. The book only got really exiting in the end. It is so sad Fred died! ( Was he the twin that died?) I got so upset.
