Weapons - Long claw like sharp knives that wound from the tips of her fingers [exactly liek these x] and can extend to three feet. Two samurai short swords and an extraordinary amount of wire, accompanied by equal amount of needles. She also carries your basic ninja equipment and sometimes carries fans or umbrellas depending on the rank of the mission she can just go bare hand with he finger knives.
Personality - She has a simplistic attitude that often offends people. SHe does what she has to, to get the mission done and she does not waste time. Emotion doesn't come to her, though her temper once reached is quite fiery and redemptionless.

~The Chiame Clan
Deep beneath the ground in an old room filled with scrolls containing secrets of the Kirigakure. A musty smell covers the room thickly a small candle, sitting on an old weather worn table, gives an eerie light to the room. As you carefully dissect a thick scroll dust sprinkles to the floor. You attempt to blow it off but a cloud sprays up and thickens the already thickened air.
A blood red ribbon with black edging is wrapped around the center, you pull a silver knife from you pocket. The light from the candle softly reflecting on the old scroll. You carefully release the scroll and sit it on the table. Where it slowly unwinds. The chair makes no noise as you pull it from beneath the table and sit on it, the boards flexing under your weight but not letting out a squeak you begin to unravel it the first black Characters scrawled across the thin parchment title the scroll Chiame Clan Study.
or Blood Rain Clan.
It reads;
The Blood Rain Clan, named after one of there most powerfull moves which causes it to rain the victims blood. Very little is known of this attack since the victims usually don't survive and only clan members know the secrets and of course can not be persuaded to tell.
The attacks or jutsu's of this clan would seem to most to be illusion techniques but this is incorrect. They have the ability to control the in organs of the body, the chakra of this clan is extensive and may rival that of Uchihas or those possessed by bijus.
There senses are extensive beyond that of any thing human and the clan as a whole is more animal like then human.
As a history the origins of the clan are unknown though they probably have finds in being the perfect weapon, there ability to control the interior of living things makes them remarkable physicians but are more often shaped into perfect warriors.
From birth they are separated from there family a put to training. Their entire lives they are built for emotional distortion, it would cause great surprise if any of the members of this clan ever showed true remorse or depression.
During the wars the clan was rivaled by none though when civil war came to Kirigakure the clan disappeared. Many labeled them missing nin but they were never discovered the oldest clan in Kirigakure dispersed never to be found again.
Maybe for the best as this clan was the true nightmare creatures of this world.
It may be best if they never reappear till Armageddon.
ShiTenshi
A lullaby sung cryptically in thick rain peirces the darkness of the night of kirigakure. A still young but burdened voice sings softly as lightening illuminatesthe face of a young woman standing on the edge of a broken bridge.
"Dont cry.....not tonight....light will come in time...."
The slow words as the soaked woman cooned her child. Her gaze not leaving the smooth face of a baby girl with red eyes. Lightening struck again as the young child silenced and fell into slumber the young woman was dressed in an white kimono, She smiled once and let herself fall the child held closely in her deathly grasp.
Days later the child would found ashore a small fishing village. The girl would grow to become anti social and withdrawn. The kids would tease her for her strange dark looks and quickly become an outcast, though she became a master of swards through her adoptive family they taught her and treated her like there own.
One day she would snap, the girl turned seven and her eyes became dilated and the redness showed in her eyes once more. She inherited her true clans trait. On the night her Uncle gave her the family's most prized weapon is the night it finally released, found unprepared and untrained to withstand the power that pumped in her veins explosions of red.
Thats all she would remember is red and the claws permanently attached to her fingertips.
She awoke at the sound of investigating ninjas. She was taken to the hidden mist and trained as an orphan. The day would haunt her dreams.
She exceeded the academy and became a gennin at 10, and later chunnin at 13, Jounnin by the age of 15.
She is considerably unstable and the training in weaponry has turned herself into the creature her clan was once known for. She has recently found the scrolls of the ChiAme Clan. She was presented them by Mizukage and has done nothing since but to try and master the skills she thought were just dreams and nightmares of her past.
Connections
There is only one firm connection to the one called ShiTenshi ChiAme and that is Kenpachi Zarosaki.
At the point of which she slaughtered her village the demon himself was sent to collect her allowing the tendrils of her power die down before taking her into his care, not much is known about this other then he showed up in the hidden mist with this child and taught her and formed her into the being she is now.
She owes her life to this man, and this is the compact of the only contact she has in this world.

Genjutsus
-Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu-This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area.
-Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu-This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
-Nehan Shōja no Jutsu-This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispel it.
-Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu-This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place.
-Hana Ninpō: Kyōku Sai-The user reaches out his/her hand, sending a stream of flower petals from their palm towards the opponent. The flower petals encircle the enemy and dark smoke fades their surroundings to black, hiding the user.
Ninjutsus
[mostly E rank and Medical jutsu's]
-Shunshin no Jutsu-This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
-Kawarimi no Jutsu-This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
-Kakuremino no Jutsu-This jutsu allows a ninja to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and blend into an object, making them invisible.
-Bunshin no Jutsu-This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
-Bunshin Daibakuha-This jutsu works in combination with the Shadow Clone Technique to create a shadow clone that will explode on command. The blast created is considerable, and could potentially kill an attacker engaged in hand-to-hand combat.
-Sōzō Saisei-By releasing chakra that has been stored up for a relatively long period of time in the seal on her forehead with Shadow Seal: Release, She is able to heal all her wounds almost instantaneously, regardless of the severity of the injuries. She can even regrow lost organs and limbs if necessary. Additionally, she continues to heal at an accelerated rate for the duration of the jutsu. Unfortunately, this technique has a drawback; using it speeds up cell division, and it shortens her life span. It's also demonstrated that it takes a lot of chakra, dispelling the jutsu that she uses to disguise her age and leaves her unable to fight.
-Shikon no Jutsu-Using this jutsu, a person can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living person. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more, allowing the user to control the corpse. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy.
-Jibaku Fuda: Kassei-Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. The exploding tags that the Third Hokage used were different than the usual bomb tags, being yellow in color instead of white with a red border.
-Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu-This jutsu uses a part of the patient's body (such as their hair) as a medium to heal their wounds. It requires an almost room-wide seal and a great deal of time to complete. The medic-nin on hand actually have to trade places after tiring, indicating just how long it takes.
-Meisaigakure no Jutsu-This jutsu renders the user invisible. It also masks the user's scent to some degree, making it more difficult to locate them. While normal people can't see through it, those with abilities such as the Sharingan and the Byakugan can. Additionally, creatures with enhanced senses of smell (insects or dogs) can pick up on the user's reduced scent.
-Kirigakure no Jutsu-This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.
-Ranshinshō-By converting a small amount of chakra into electricity and hitting her opponent's brain stem, she can disrupt the regular flow of electrical signals from the target's brain to other parts of the target's body. For example, if the target tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move instead.
-Shōsen no Jutsu-This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.
-Dokunuku no Jutsu-This ornate jutsu uses chakra to literally pull foreign materials from someone's body, no doubt requiring precise control on the user's part to avoid causing further internal injuries to their patient.
-Tobidōgu-In order to store and use items or weapons that the user would never be capable of carrying normally, the user can keep them contained within summoning scrolls.
-Nawanuke no Jutsu-A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.
-In'yu Shōmetsu-She can concentrate his chakra to a prepared area on his body and begin regenerating the moment the targeted area becomes damaged. Unlike normal healing, this can actually restore dead cells.
-Kage Shuriken no Jutsu-The user of this technique throws multiple large shuriken in such a way that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones by blocking the line of sight. To the target, it appears as if only one shuriken was thrown.
-Jutsu Shō-This jutsu cancels or impedes the occurring of the opponent's technique. It uses the same amount of chakra as the jutsu it intends to cancel.
-Henge no Jutsu-This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu.
-Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu-This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.
-Suirō no Jutsu-This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it
-Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu-This jutsu is used to fire a massive spiraling blast of water at an opponent.
-Suiton: Hahonryū-This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand and fires at a highspeed at the enemy.
-Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu-Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of water in the form of a serpentine dragon and directs it towards a target. The water used to create the dragon must be present to perform the technique. This technique requires 44 hand seals to perform, more than five times that of almost every other jutsu shown in the series. In the manga the Second Hokage only needs one hand seal to perform this technique, a testament to his skill.
-Suiton: Suijinheki-This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks.
-Suiton: Suigadan-This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent.
-Jishaku Ninpô: Denji Genmu-This jutsu stops the brainwaves of anyone who is caught in it, rendering them unable to think.
Summons
-go ookami onis-Summons the five wolves of time, midnight, noon [or sun], twilight, dusk, and dawn. There fur corresponds to there time and they are quite powerful animals. Can also be used to summon less then five or just one. She often just summons midnight and sun.
The scroll for there summon is a long black tribal tattoo of a wolf running in the stars down her fore arm.
The 13 Jutsu's of ChiAme

-kyou aosuji jutsu-Severs a vein in the body of the users choice often a vein but arteries can be tapped as well which more effort. More of a distracton manuever then anything.
-gaishukketsu jutsu-Causes cuts and scratches or an diplomation of the skin that results in bleeding often assisted with weapons for tatickle points or to cause confusion in opponents.
-gyouketsu jutsu-makes a clotting in the blood stream can cause parallelization if used correctly can weaken an opponent, at the least.
-naishukketsu jutsu-causes internal bleeding the severities vary underling the skill of the user.
