Personality: Taryn is a rather excited toddler at most times. She's pretty neutral when it comes to meeting new people. It's fun most of the times, but she can have just as much fun by herself. Although, she's pretty nice, she won't allow just anyone to push her around. She stands up for herself when neccessary. Also at times, she seems a bit overconfident. Another habit which she still takes to is sleeping late. Wierd little girl.

  This a picture taken shortly after I recieved Taryn. Isn't she so cute! Her eyes are so big and beautiful. She's pretty alert in this stage.
This is Taryn as a cute toddler. Her hair has grown longer, but her feathers don't seem to much longer. She looks so adorable in this picture.

Quick Info: This is Dia, Taryn's protector. She's a bit shy, and crazy all at the same time. Usually her craziness side only shines through when she's around her closet friends, and/or has a tummy filled with peaches. For one reason or another they make her turn all hyper like. She's loyal to her friends, and always tries to make others feel included. Not to mention she has a soft spot for kids. Dia's also known for her amazing cleaning abilities. It's rare that her house is not kept sparkling clean. As a result she isn't so demanding on her kids with the chores. They don't clean as well as she does in her opinion.

Quick Info: This is Taryn's second oldest sister, Miylin. She's more refrained and quiet as opposed to Dia's other children. Dia found her one day in her garden, and she has since been living with her. She's more like a daughter then anything to Dia. Miylin also is curious, but she likes to discover things on her own, as opposed to asking others.

Quick Info: This is Taryn's only brother, Kelton (But everyone calls him Kel for short) . He doesn't live with Dia at the moment seeing as he a mutant child. He arrived through a portal, and was given to Dia to be cared for. Once he reached childhood, he decided to live in the mutant mansion, to train and develop his powers. Also, he feels more comfortable around others who are like him. Although, he does come to Dia's house every now and then for visits.

Quick Info: This is Dia's closest and oldest companions, Torque. He was Dia's first friend when she came to Gaia a few years back. He has since been by her side. Quick Info: This is Taryn's first real pet. Fuff was found in Taryn's bedroom actually. Dia opened the window to let some air in, and next thing she knew Taryn was playing with the little Zoolie. It was kind of strange, but Fuff didn't seem harmful so Dia allowed the little critter to stay. Fuff being a shortened version or better yet, Taryn's version of Fluffy will grow to be the size of a hamster. As of right now, she is smaller then so due to her young age.
*Extended Family*
 This is Noyama. She isn't exactly related to Dia, but she is one of her closest friend if not the closest. Where she comes from, a person whom she has come to trust and care for is labeled as a "sister". She is like a sister to Dia has well, hence why she is in this section. She also has a feathered Sin'eais daughter named Akilah, who Taryn seemes to like very much.

This is a snapshot taken of one angle of Taryn's bedroom. Dia along with Miylin and Squishler helped to paint and design it. However, Taryn even at an early helped pick out bedspread, and the wall's color.

Dia This is a plush cat that Dia gave to Taryn shortly after she recieved her from Chaco. Taryn keeps it in her crib at all times.  Kilah A feather Kilah plucked from her arm and gave to Taryn on their second meeting. It now lies in a chest under her bed.  From Tenshi and Ancelin An adorable ducky which was given to Taryn when she was toddler. Taryn thinks that he's so cute and funny. She named him Daryl for some reason.

The following will be a chronicle of sorts, of Taryn's quests and her abilities/growths.***
4-23-05: Taryn grew to be an adorable toddler!
4-23-05: Toddler Quest:
Yet another child has seen so much of the world that she wishes to grow! This little turkey will also need a few things in order for her to grow to the next stage! Find her three different pieces of art that feature turkeys in some way, and two stuffed animals (they can be any animal).
4-9-05: Ability Gained!
"Taryn watched things carefully it seems, and the sight of the flames has made something inside her stir. Now she has the ability to:
Deal with fire at all temperatures and not burn."
4-05-05: Quest Time!
"Taryn must find 8 food iems which can be cooked over an open fire".

Amakusa_Ryu Chaco's feet touched the ground in front of the newest house and he glanced around, looking for the mailbox. When he found it, he padded over as silently as he could and placed the letter he was holding inside. Finally, that was the last letter he would have to deliver for a while. What with Solo getting angry at him now, when he'd bind souls... it was probably time to stop for a while, and wait for some of the current Sin'aeis to grow up. The letter safely in the box, the winged boy rapped heavily on the door and then took off into the air again, soon out of sight. The note reads: Note Dear Sir or Madam; Your preSence is requested at the Shiroko Estate, 12 Elton Avenue. pLease come as quickly as possiblE. SIncerely, Chaco Shiroko The letter was typed, and it looked as though the person typing had never really used a computer before. Not to mention a lot of the ink was smudged...

Turkey Girl? Noyama "DIA! DIAAAA!" Noyama was merely a blur of purple and blue as she ran impressively fast toward the mansion. Excited,no doubt. Kilah clung to her,eyes wide. Why were they moving so fast!? They stopped suddenly,and the baby hissed up at Noyama in dissaproval. It made her even more annoyed when the protector didn't acknowledge her at all. For once,she didn't get lost as she stormed into the large structure,hurrying toward the room. The same room. The room where she had been given Kilah,and seemed positivie Dia would be there too as she thoughtlessly barged into the room. Her ears lowered when she caught no sight of her "sister". "Dia is not here yet?"
Dia Dia was walking up to the familiar mansion while clinging onto the note which was left on her doorsteps. It was kind of odd. Sure, she'd be to the mansion several times, but she'd never met the owner or any of it's actual inhabitants. Now, here she was, being summonded for one reason or another. Once she reached the door, she knocked gently, while fidgiting slightly. She couldn't help but feel nervous.
Noyama Chaco floated down from the third floar when he heard someone barge into the house, and he was looking a little perplexed. Why was someone being so loud? Well, it didn't matter. He touched down on the marble floor and looked around. He could hear the person in the living room, and then a knock on the front door. Was the other protector finally here? Rushing forward, he forgot about the person who had already entered the mansion, and yanked open the door. Staring at the woman he said, "May I help you?"
Dia "Er, I'm Dia.. I got this letter?", she said while holding up the little for the winged boy to see. Her eyes immediantly roamed to his hair. It was just so, shiny, and fine. From what she could see from the doorway, the house seemed just as big in the inside if not bigger then from the outer view. Exactly, how many live here? She thought to herself.
Noyama Somewhere. Somewhere. She HAD to be somewhere! Noyama was almost shaking she was so excited. Stumbling back the way she nearly fell over Gizmo,who followed her from the ground. The protector didn't notice any,she couldn't focus at all. Wait until Dia heard Kaze had gotten a baby! And a cute one,too,from what she'd heard. Finally! Running over to Dia,she barely managed to catch her breath only to have it taken away again when she caught sight of the letter. Kaze..AND Dia?! This was too good! She thankfully didn't drop Kilah,but did set her on the griffons back before turning around and hugging her sister so tight the girls face might just match her hair soon. "SISTER NOYAMA IS SO HAPPY FOR YOU!"
Aylee Chaco looked at the note and cringed. He hadn't known that after you get it out of the printer you had to wait for the ink to dry... He had thought you had to wipe it dry... Bad idea, it turned out. Nodding, he said, "Alright, follow m--" Then he yelpred as Noyama pushed past him and hugged Dia. He watched them blankly for a moment, slightly lost in the confusion. Finally, she shook himself from it and said, "Uh... If you'll follow me, miss Dia? Though... I'm sure you know what I'm... uhm... going to ask?""
Dia Dia nearly toppled over, as she was ambushed by Noyama. Wait, Noyama? She hadn't expect to see her here. What was she so excited about? "Whoa, hey Noya! What's gotten you so.. excited?", she asked with a curious expression. And then, as though she suddenly seemed to remember the shiny haired-boy she turned her attention back to him. "Uh, okay. I guess", Dia said while still feeling lost, but following Chaco nonetheless.
Jeane "Awww. Chaco's so cute when he's flustered." Jeane laughed, bumping Mignon up. The baby wore a large pair of pink sunglasses, and she peered at the world with a superior look on her face.
Noyama Noyama was too excited to notice the fact...Dia wasn't. Didn't she know what was going on!? It occured to her only then Dia didn't actually know how this worked,but the thought was quickly forgotten as she followed the two of them in the company of Kilah and everyones favorite griffon. Ahh,what until she found out!
Aylee Pausing at the door to the livingroom, Chaco spotted Jeane in the entryway, "Miss Jeeeane!" he said, pouting at the comment, "Well, you can come in too, if you want." He smiled and then entered the livingroom. Turning back to Dia he said, "Sit anywhere you like, ma'am."
Jeane Jeane laughed and followed him in. "You should stop being so nervous. You pick good people. They won't turn down the babies. If they do, tell 'em Solo will eat the baby." Mignon gave Chaco and the rest of the room a rather queenly wave. "Kaa Kooo!" She said in a sing song sort of voice.
Dia Dia nodded as she plopped down on one of the couches. This was definetly wierd. Maybe, they wanted help around the house, and someone volunteered her? It was a pretty big mansion. Probably hard to maintain. And she was known for her cleaning ability. Who knows. Looking over to Jeane, and Mignon she said,"Hey there". She tried her best to smile in a friendly manner, while trying to draw conclusions.
Noyama Noyama immediatly sat on the ground beside Dia. Almost like some loyal dog. Except..a fox. She still didn't care for furniture,apparently. Gizmo moved over,and having calmed down Noyama lifted Kilah up and sat her down on the floor beside her. "Aaa taaa sss!" The baby babbled toward Mignon.
Aylee Chaco smirked slightly at Jeane's comment, then turned back to Dia, "Uhmm... Well, see I wanted to ask you a favor... Uhm..." He paused for a moment. No matter how much Jeane tried to reassure him, he was still nervous. "Er... I wanted to ask if... If you'd take care of a Sin'aeis child for me..."
Dia Dia was just reaching over to rub Kilah's head, when she heard what Jeane said. Turn babies down? Wait a minute. So this meant that... She was going to be given a baby? Her eyes widened as she looked over first to Jeane, and then to Noyama before saying,"Um.. did she just say what I think that she just said?". She already knew the answer. It was just a matter of being caught off guard. As Chaco pretty much answered for her she said,"Uh.. sure? Where is.. it?". It was kind of wierd. Just to be given a child that is. She never was one to turn down a child.
Jeane Jeane clapped at Dia. "Baby for Dia! Baby for Dia!" She giggled and sat Mignon on the ground. "Haa Lala!" She cooed, scooting over. "Gooo gaawwss." She took off the big pink glasses and held them towards her friend.
Aylee Chaco nodded slightly, "I'll go get her. Wait right here, please." With that he took off upstairs, almost running into Solo on the way up. The kitsune hissed at him, "Finally found another 'protector', huh? Feh. At least the baby'll be gone. But why the hell do they always accept?" The kitsune had a bruise on one arm, a momento from the previous day's errand. He wasn't in the best of moods, either. Chaco watched him for a moment, pondering the question himself, then finished running up the stairs as Solo headed towards the kitchen. Seconds later, Chaco returned to the livingroom, carrying a small bundle. He placed it in Dia's arms, "This is the girl I want you to take care of..."
Dia Dia stared after Chaco, while wondering about what kind of baby this would be. She couldn't help but feel excited despite the fact that she had no clue as towards how this baby would be. Once Chaco returned and placed the baby in her arms, she simply peeked down into the blanket before squealing slightly. She was so cute! And what were those little things poking out of her head? ...Feathers? "Aww, she's beautiful! What's her name?", she asked eagerly, while grinning. Meanwhile, the baby yawned a bit, while staring at the odd woman. Boy, was she making some goofy faces.
Aylee Chaco raised an eyebrow slightly. Why did people always ask for the children's names? He didn't have it in him to name that many of them. "She doesn't have one... uhm... You're... Allowed to name her whatever you like... Uhmmm..."
Jeane Mignon crawled over and attempted to pull herself up to see the new baby. She saw a purple thing on the head, but that was all. "Baaaaeeebbeee?" She asked Dia, plopping back down onto her bottom.
Dia "Oh alright then..", Dia replied while trying to think of a name. She looked down once more into the blanket, and stroked the baby's cheek before adding,"I'll name her Taryn. I've always loved that name". "So, uh, do I have to do anything special with her? Like any different care methods?", she asked while staring at him. The thought had just occured to her. It felt a bit odd to be speaking to a young boy about a baby's need, but he was the deliverer afterall.
Aylee Chaco stared at the ceiling for a second in thought. "No, no I don't think so... But keep in mind she'll probably prefer foods with turkey in them. Uhm... Or even chicken or other birds... Uhm..." He shrugged slightly, "I mean... She isn't much different from humans at this point." Well, other than the OBVIOUS feathers... Good greif.
Dia Dia nodded while saying, "Mmk". Looking down to the babbling she noticed Mignon and smiled. "This is Taryn", she said while lowering her arms for Mignon to see. She could barely keep her focus. There were so many things for her to do! Taking care of a busy wasn't easy, she knew. Taryn blinked sleepily, and stared out at Mignon. Dia glanced down at her watch and suddenly realized the time. She had stay way too long. Miylin and Squishler were due back home soon. With a wave to all and a grin, she sprinted out of the mansion.

Diary Entry 3-18-05 Well, this week sure has been.. eventful. Who would have known that I would have ended up with yet another child to care for. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a bad thing. It was just unexpected that's all. What was really wierd is how I was given this little girl. Some shiny haired boy just left a note for me, summoning me to the mansion. I had been to the mansion plenty of times before to see Noya, but never did I go inside. And let me tell you, boy was the inside of this place some sort of sight! It was huge. I would have problem gotten lost had it not been for the shiny haired boy leading the way. There were so many rooms.
Back to the important stuff though. This boy named Chaco, just asked me to take care of her. I couldn't help but say yes.. even before I saw her! She's so cute, with little feathers growing out of her scalp. Pretty wierd, but still cute. I decided to name her Taryn. I've always liked that name. I was so excited. And I still am mind you.
She's a good baby, to say the least. Although, she doesn't sleep much at night. Sure, that's expected out of babies, but Taryn's not busy crying throughout the night. Instead, she's wanting to play. Squishler and Miylin adore her though, and see to it that she always has a playmate around.
Anywhos, I'm exhausted, so I'll write in here some other time. Toodles.
