This is the top of the Manor above the Council Chamber. If one wishes to speak to the Mizukage, they must first obtain permission from the Council or be let through by order of the Mizukage himself. ANBU Captains and the Mist Seven do not need to have permission, they may enter if they please. However it has been made clear that they are not to use Kawarimi to enter, that they simply knock. Those wishing to obtain a mission or to apply for one posted should talk to the Head Councilman for E-B rank missions. A and S rank are only given out by the Mizukage. The current Mizukage is Myousumi, Chuusen.

Gahou entered and bowed low, removing his paper blindfold. When he straightened, he said, "WeI simply wished to welcome you back, Mizukage-sama." His left eye focused on the Kage, while the other wandered continuously, partly because of nerves, and partly because of habitual wariness. "Actually, Mizukage-sama, that is not entirely true. The separation between the halves has gotten worse-" The right eye snapped back to the Mizukage, so that both focused on the man, a rare occurrence, "and weI thought that you should know." The left began to wander, this time, from door to window to across the wall,"It has not begun to affect my/our movements, and weI have taken few missions, as my/our team has not met recently." The genin then stood quietly moderately unsure of what to do.

"So, what you wish, is to obtain more missions to occupy your time, is it not?" He asked while watching her eyes. He had really been gone too long.

Before Gahou has a chance to reply, a knock is heard on the door? trapdoor? of the office. Gahou turns slightly, his one wandering eye now fixed on the door, the other still focused on the village leader.

"Choujuu Giga." Chuusen said as he performed a hand sign. A scroll on the door that was marked in ink suddenly came alive as an eye linked to Chuusen's optic nerve sprung open. The pupil looked down at Nyuuha-chan and Zaruku-kun, enlarging a bit. "Come in." Came the Mizukage's voice.

Zaruku steps in the room slightly not knowing where to go. He unfolds a walking stick so that he doesn't walk into anything.

Zaruku stops for a moment and says," We have the bird for that mission Mizukage-sama."

"Ah the bird. Good good." He pulled the bird from him and let him off into his cage, taking the string off of it. "Thank you both. I will have more missions for you two in the future. You will be receiving your payment shortly."

Gahou replaces his blindfold, and bows, "I should be going as well... I do not wish to be late for the exams. It is always an honor, Mizukage-sama." Gahou turns and exits the office.

A knock on the door came as an anbu member waited for entrance into the office of lord Mizukage.
