1. It was not propelled by a rocket. It was fired by a charge of gunpowder like a bullet.
2. It's blast didn't just explode outward like a big a** grenade. It used shaped charge technology that had a cone in the explosive charge. When it detonated the blast was intensified at the cone to hit weak point for massive damage. It was no good for anti personel.
