History
Daughters to a Sand nin and a Leaf kunoichi, Leiko and Mastui lost their parents to Kawasaki, like Chiharu. Orphans, the Suna council placed the two under the care of the famous kunoichi, Sabaku no Temari. They trained under her, and even accompanied her to Konoha, and other villages for the annual Chuunin exams. On their third trip, they met the two small grand daughters of Nara Shikamaru, a fellow Jounin, and Chuunin examiner to their ward. Mastui quickly noticed something in Chiharu, and regarded her highly. This left Leiko confused and annoyed with both her sister and the Nara. She was quick to challenge the future Hokage to a fight. At first Chiharu refused, but when Leiko threatened Yune, she finally accepted. With her opponent being a rather small shinobi, and Leiko three years her senior, the Tsuyomi was over confident. She lost in short time. After the spat, everyone made amends and went their ways. But then war hit, taking away Temari, and some of the greatest shinobi Suna had ever seen. The sisters made their way back to Konoha, where Chiharu was being made Hokage. They've been with her even since.

Personality/Mannerisms
Mastui is a collected, but weird person. It's not obvious, but she is smarter than she comes on. Like her adoptive mother Temari, she is an exellent analyist. The teen can be quiet as a mouse, but louder than Naruto himself at times. She loves food. Like Hideki she practices Seishin Teki Kyoko. She likes acting, and music.
Leiko is an independent with a strong mind and a flaring attitude. She doesn't take s**t from anyone to be curt. Although she can be harsh, the Tsuyomi only tries to protect what's dear to her. Leiko isn't much of a femine kunoichi. She's impatient, and can't stand stupid or obnoxious people.

Weapons/Summons
Both kunoichi adopted the use of the fan in battle from their foster mother Temari. Mastui uses one, while Leiko wields two. Only Leiko keeps her weapon in a small summoning scroll.
Although Mastui's fan maybe of small proportion, it does huge damage to her opponents. Being a weapons expert, she only brings it out in an emergency. The fan is green with a simple design. It is light and exceptionally durable; made of unique steel from Iwa. Unlike Temari, she uses it for her lightening and water jutsu, not wind. On the handle, reside small summoning kanji used to bring forth hawks from Katsuko's flock.
Leiko's arsenal consist of two fans. Both are red and about the size of Temari's fan combined. Like her sister, she only uses the fan if her opponent is skilled, and has summoning kanji on both handles to summon deer from Haji's herd. She also uses them in her wind and earth jutsu.

Appearance
Tsuyomi Mastui
Mastui wears a black outfit similar to Shizune's. She specializes in weapons, wind, and lightening justu. Has small one fan used for battle. Summons hawks.

Tsuyomi Leiko
Tall, she has white hair and dark blue eyes. Hideki calls her 'Shiro-chan'. She has the same outfit as Mastui and specializes in earth and wind jutsu. She carries two yellow fans in a summoning scroll that she uses in battle. Summons deer.
