[DJ GANGSTER] Thank you Jill... We've just added a new system today! To know who is who and what position he/she is in I made some easy colored names. Everytime a moderator posts they must put this below if they post an important thread or post.
Captain – Leader of the Guild and Moderator teams. He is responsible primarily for high-level tasks, guild problems, and overseeing the Guild's moderation staff.
Vice – They have all the Captains controls except demoting other Vices. They help out and make sure there is nothing abusive going on. They could do a lot of stuff that Crew Members cannot do.
Crew Members – There are only two people who work hard to make our Guild awesome by creating nice threads and announcements and much more for you every day! These people have violet names and may post around the Guild but will not be able to help with bans and demoters over their own level so they cannot demote the Vice team but only could ban the members – please contact DJ GANGSTER and OMG U for assistance.
If you see a thread or post that may be a violation of the Terms of Service, please use the
or 
button located in all threads. Unfortunately we don't have that in our Guild so if its abusive tell me or OMG U and their thread will be takin away and they will be removed from the Guild or lose a star. Depends what it is.
For other forum related issues, you can always contact the following moderators - DJ GANGSTER, OMG U. In the Guild, ONLY members with Orange or Green or Violet colored usernames are official administrators or moderators. Remember, if their name is in blue or black, they are NOT an official of the Guild!
Color bank:
[Orange] & [BOLD]: Chief of 'The Fun Gaian Guild' which is me so ONLY I USE IT.
[Light Green] & [BOLD]: Vice of 'The Fun Gaian Guild'.
[Violet] & [BOLD]: Crew Member of 'The Fun Gaian Guild'.
To quickly recap - all Guild Vices will now have Green names, the Chief will have an Orange name and Crew will have Violet names. These people will all should have their official color they need at the end of their Announcement or Sticky to tell you their role on the Guild.
I hope our new system made everything a little bit easier and enjoyable to the Guild. 3nodding
