My firend is forever either biting her tongue or her lip. She has a good sized permanant hole in her lip now. Not through it like a piercing, but like a chunk missing out of the inside.

i'm not big on tongue piercings. but i do have a belly button ring. that was a very painful healing process because i'd accidentally bang my school books against my stomach and stuff. oww! ooh, and then i tried to change my ring (they said 6 weeks or so but that was too early) and that was worse than getting the piercing itself! but it's all good now!
