Murderer? Who has he murdered? Orochimaru? He had it coming. He hasn't succeeded in killing anyone but him yet.

But anyway, I'd have to stick with Shikamaru. A lazy bum who naps most of the time and doesn't do any work, but with a genius I.Q. and analytical skills that outmatch nearly any character in the series. That's my idol.

1. Tobi, because he's just adorable
2. Zabuza, because he's trying to make his country a better place even if he's not sure how
3. Haku, because he's brave, insightful, and his devotion to Zabusa is so sweet

My least favorites would be the Sharingan three, especially Kakashi. They all act like complete assholes and they're the very definition of Gary Stus.

Sasuke's a murderer, because in the battle at the valleys end, Naruto aimed to disarm, not harm, while Sasuke struck to kill. If Naruto hadn't had the Kyuubi, he would have been killed. Also, because of him, Chouji was indirectly killed. Kakashi made a huge mistake not training Naruto, but he also felt guilt for Sasuke.

Well, notice in my post I said he never succeeded in killing anyone. Trying to kill someone doesn't make them a cold-blooded murderer, or else Naruto would be a murderer.

And Chouji isn't dead. You must be talking about the battle against the Sound Four, but Tsunade saved him. And I don't know how you missed it when Naruto was with Chouji and Shikamaru when Sai attacked them to see how tough Naruto was.

You guys are so nerdy.

This reminds me of when my buddies were arguing over "Who Shot First: Han, or Greedo?"

Anyways, in terms of the the character at the base, stripping away all of the abilities, demons, powers, etc.; Neither one is a "cold-blooded" murderer. True, Naruto has killed people, but that's purely in the interest in self-preservation, and because they were obviously people who were beyond redemption. For instance, Gaara; he could've killed Gaara if he wanted to. BUT HE DIDN'T! Gaara, if anyone, was at that point a cold blooded killer. Not only did he let the sand kill numerous people, he also made it kill numerous people and felt absolutely no remorse for it.

The only person that Sasuke has killed, so far, is Orochimaru. Somehow, despite the fact the only real motivation behind his character is to kill his brother, I don't think he's gonna do it.

I honestly think that Itachi will kill Sasuke, simply because Sasuke would be a pointless character without Itachi in the picture. I mean, look at Sai. He was a relatively "ok" character when he was all friendless and working for the "bad guys", and now when he suddenly has friends and has dropped SEED out of his life, what has he become? He's become a minor character that just kinda pops in every so often.

I digress though...
It could be said that Sasuke killed Orochimaru in cold blood, but really, could you think of a better way to kill him? I'm sure every fan of the series was hoping for some sort of world-shattering final battle, but those kinds of battles usually signify the end of the series in an anime, with large explosions and lots of people dying. To me, it just seemed more appropriate that he die at the hands of "his greatest creation."


The only big problem with Naruto, aside from the fact that he just goes all out in a fight, is that he WILL kill if it means his self-preservation. Of course, that's not really his fault, it's the fox's.


Half-way through writing all of this, I stopped to watch something, and then I completely lost track of my own point...so....ya....

Can anyone recall who Naruto's actually killed? Cuz I seriously can't remember.

BTW, this is not a counter-point, I just genuinely can't remember. I keep thinking of Kazuku, but then I recall that Naruto's swirling-badass-ball didn't kill him.

Technically it killed him 3 times over...nearly 4 which would have been like winning the golden ticket, I'm pretty sure hes killed a few people but i can't seem to recall anybody non filler/movie who he killed...
