Yello, all.
I recently discovered this great manga. It's called "The Story of the Sewage in the Drainage City -Overture-" by Horihone Saizo.
It follows the story of the various citizens of the Drainage City, which is a city located in the sewer pipes of an unnamed city above. Be aware, though, that the manga has many unsightly parts, but once you get used to it it becomes quite entertaining.
I'll summarize the ten chapters. Be aware, though, that the summaries are much more... erotic... than they appear. twisted
Chapter 1: A boy has to sell milk to support his sister.
Chapter 2: A girl goes hunting for leeches and ends up having to help out an insect couple.
Chapter 3: A girl working for a cigarette factory hires a professional to rid her of a worm infestation.
Chapter 4: A master of slugs must get his pet bat to cooperate with his business.
Chapter 5: A cyborg woman becomes romantically involved with a poisonous caterpillar.
Chapter 6: Two girls give a demon a cigarette, and he grants them each a wish in return.
Chapter 7: An artist is given a great big thank you from his assistant.
Chapter 8: A handicapped girl uses a snail to get around.
Chapter 9: Two boys end up having to work at a tavern to pay off a debt.
Chapter 10: Uhh... Yeah, you may wanna skip this chapter.
