Well the show's about a world w/ people who can control the elements.
Waterbenders could both heal and attack but they have the most weaknesses
Earthbenders shoot rocks and controls dirt, rocks, stones etc.
Firebenders are all offense
Airbenders could fly, run up walls and can become as fast as the wind and they just blow people away because they're mostly defense.

Well, I'd choose wind/air 'cuase the only thing that could hurt you would be fire.....

ACCTUALLY, ONE MORE THING IS THE FIRE BENDERS CAN ALSO CREATE LIGHTNING, SO THATS A BONUS FOR THEM... COOLIE OOLIES!

Actually, each element isn't stronger than the other so, all the elements could hurt air. GO GOLD SILVER HYDROGEN OXYGEN AND ANY OF THE ELEMENTS (just kidding)!!!
