Here in The Gaian Mafia like every other Mafia, has ranks, just like Gaia. In the guild the ranks are members, crew, vice-captains, and captain.
Mafia:
Captain/Don-Head of certain mafia family, in charge of all operations in the family.
Vice-Captain/Underboss-Second in command, becomes acting Don if Don is incapacitated.
Crew/Caporegime-Capo is Italian for head, a caporegime is the head of a small army, or regime of soldiers.
Member/Soldier-A button man, when a soldier gets an order from a capo, he/she carries the order.
There is never communication between the Don and the Soldiers, the Don gives an order to a capo, and the capo gives the order to the soldier.

As Vice Captian/ Underboss- my duty is to apply to the guild when possible and to take care of the family im in. Note -however we dont take messages from a soldier, only the captain,and help a fellow underboss / or capo when in need.
However if a order is not followed please contact me.

im will do favors or anything for the family my dear mother what rank am i i want to become capo but i can start low and work up and do favors for the family i wil lalways be there for the family

You should either call her Godmother or Dona or smth. Just a suggestion. -Antonio Lastoria
