 *The sun had begun to set and the summer heat had come to a halt for the night, leaving it at a balmy warmth with a slight breeze. Oh it was a good night she supposed as the lavender colored Usdia wandered the unused paths through the dense forests, she was seeking a place to rest for the night, away from those who sought to scorn her. Well it wasn't her fault that they lost their tempers easily...*
"Eh, who needs them." she muttered ducking under another low branch, one that creaked in the breeze. "I don't need them, I have myself and that's it."
*A smile came to her as she stopped where she could glance up at the sky. She didn't need anyone, she had herself and the sky above. Shaking her head again, she walked on, not really knowing if anyone else would still be awake, she surely would be until the late hours. It wasn't long until the quiet got too much and she started humming, that soon turning into singing, very LOUD singing. Though she really didn't know what she was singing in the first place...*

Head tilted down the patched together usdia stalked foward towards the birds before him. Pausing for a moment he licked at his lip snorting as some of the dried blood on his snout flaked and cracked pulling at his fur. Snorting the little stallion contiuned foward nipping at one of the birds.
Then he heard it some moron was f@cking singing there head off and scaring away his food for the day. Lifting his head Noir snorted again tail feathers sticking out of his mouth. Why the h#ll was some dumb @ss singing so loud. Turning noir started the singer, noting the other was not only a usdia like himself but a mare none the less. Moving foward Noir spat out the feathers from his mouth before moving into view." Mon Princesse" Grumbling to himself the usdia snorted away his use of bits of french. " Princess why are you singing your heart out so loudly telling the world where you are"

*She stopped abruptly and started at the patchy looking male that came toward her. Her ears flicking forward as he seemed to be speaking to her? Looking around a little she snorted turning her head away from him. A snug look on her face as it seemed that he had done the crime instead of herself.*
"Who asked you? I didn't think I had to ask to in order to sing, you're not king of the world you know." She snorted looking at him, not quite glaring yet. "Who are you anyways? I've never seen one like you before..."
*Stepping around the male she looked him over, looking at his patches and thinking he was a strange one. Coming back to standing in front of him, she shoved her face closer to his watching the markings on his face fore a moment. Really a strange one he was. With all the markings and stitch like work, who was this male, surely he wasn't living...*

" Of course I'm not the king I'm the prince and why the h#ll are you staring at my patches? Or what never seen a normal stallion covered in blood and dirt spots?" Noir hated being locked over he knew his patches and the skull by his bum weren't normal and neither were the leggings he wore but atleast they weren't two legger cloths like some wore. But he wasn't that odd looking was he? Well ok normal stallions did get dirty and that explained his black spots and well some of the soquili had blood spots so that was normal to right?
Huffing Noir started the same process circling himself around the mare, each small circle getting closer to the mare. She looked so boring, a soft purple and pink and ice cream cones on her bum? H3ll he had a skull that wasn't abnormal alot of two-leggers and soquili wore skull on them some where but ice cream. "Seriously, what the f@cking h3ll princesse? I mean sure I mean the patches are a bit odd but the h3ll you have ice cream cones on your @ss thats not normal"

"Actually Princey, I haven't seen anyone besides on over grown colt and yourself." She retorted watching him as he circled about her. "I was staring cause they make you look unique, duh." She snorted watching him still, though it was falsehoods.
*Sure she looked plain, but was that really what mattered. She puffed up a little and looked at him square in the face as he said something about her markings. She hadn't said anything about his, or at least she didn't think so. The small ends of her mane stood on end as she turned to confront him.*
"As for my own markings, they tie into my name, Princey, which is Lickety-Split." She snorted sticking her tongue out at him in a jest. "We are both as odd looking as the other."

"Perhaps thats true, Lickety split "Laughing softly the stallion stopped his circling. " Princesse with no offense but one could see that name in a different light say a little more perverted...Though I don't see it that way you name does make sense of course"
Returning the snort the mini stallion smirked. " I am known as the Black Ice prince or Prince Noir De Glace but Noir works Princess. And I as I was stating before your stared staring at my marks your loud sing scares off birds but it may draw in something willing to snack you"

*Her nose wrinkled in the sense of his implying that her name was meant for other purposes, true she supposed it could have, but that was an area she wasn't willing to venture in. Eyes narrowing, Lickety-Split listened to him as he pronounced himself a prince, prince of the idiots she mused silently before laughing more to herself. Though the talk that came after kinda... scared her, if it were possible. She hadn't really noticed that there could be other things out there that could... 'eat' her.*
"I can look after myself. I would think that the loud noise would keep the larger beasties away from those smaller then themselves." She nodded turning back the way she had come. "And I suppose that your silent ways keep you safer, Noir?" she asked looking at him from the corner of her eye, her pinkish tail twitching behind her.

Blinking Noir shook his head. " No of course not nothing but yourself can keep one protected. Some times I think its because some of them might think I eat meat like them....That would be disturbing but I do tend to end up covered in blood" That smirk returned to Noir's face he was thinking about just before meeting this mare. He had actually managed to n** a bird. Most of the time he could only chase them or accidently stomp on one and end up all bloody but he had gotten tail feathers this time. Not that he thought of eating a bird or squirrel he just liked to pretend he might eat them.
" No I don't believe my silence might help, I some times get so caught up in the silence I don't notice any noise around me." Glancing around the mini stallion thought for a moment. " Yes my silence infact might just be f@cking worse than being worse"

*Her head tilted to the side as one eye brow lifted ever so slightly. She barely understood a word that he was talking about, seriously. She had though that silence was a batter way to travel... If one had to be quick anyways stepping to on side looking him over again, she hadn't noticed the blood that was dried to his pelt, a shudder as the backed away from him, wondering if he didn't eat meat, what did he eat? Grass and sweets like herself? Surely so as he didn't really 'look' like the meat eating type.*
"If you say so Princey, but don't lose your head over the quiet." She pouted thinking it might have been fun to watch though. "So you live around here? Or somewhere else?" she asked watching him, wondering of his origins when she didn't really know of her own.

" I wander alone, though I do some times meet up with another Princess my two-legger cares for or the other she owns" Sighing softly Noir turned away watching the sun finish setting. "Don't call me prince princesse , Noir, Glace, Black, Ice, Black ice what ever just not F@cking Prince yes its part of my name but that doesn't mean I like it. I'm not royality in away....I am a wander Prince of my own world nothing more"
Shaking his man out the mini stallion snorted his eyes darting about as all but forgot lickety for a moment and started to watch fireflies emerge from the forest. " Disgust light-@ss bugs" Snorting again Noir charged at a firefly hoping to scare it away.

*Lickety-Split gave a sort of pout when he asked her not to call him her choice of nickname. Shaking her head she went to pass away from him, her tail twitching as she walked. Her eyes closed as her nose was shoved into the air. If he was going to be that way, then she wanted nothing to really do with him. To her mind he was just a loss cause and someone she didn't want to deal with.*
"Fine, Noir then don't call me what ever it is that you do call me. My name's Lickety-Split, Either call me Lickety or Split if you don't like the full name." She snorted back at him before walking further away.
*A song started playing through her mind as she picked up the pass, cantering through the lightening bugs that floated about. She hadn't heard Noir say something bad about them, she wasn't even going to listen if he came back to apologize. If all males acted like him, she wanted nothing to do with them...*

"Splitter" Snorting Noir smirked..oohh he liked that name splitter. Kinda of like this mare...." Indeed annoying pain in the side that doesn't bother you till you know its there" Nodding to himself the mini stallion, glanced towards Lickety the patched usdia started to laugh his head off. " Ohh this pain is getting rid of its self." Smirking once more, Noir turned stalking after the mare. She'd be suck fun to scare, such fun indeed.
Smiling to himself Noir took up his normal silent stalking, as he planned his sneek attack on the mare. Oh this was going to be better then chasing birds. Birds could fly away, a mare could what? Faint right?

*Lickety-Split turned around as he snorted something, then went on to mumble about the lightening bugs that drifted here and there. Shaking her head she only glared before moving on. Her tail twitching, her ears laying back against her head as she walked. Not really paying attention to where she was going or if anyone was really following her.*
"Men, always..." She snorted, not even finishing off her sentence as she kept up her pace to where it was almost a full, flat out race through the trees.
*She only came to a stop when she nearly ran straight into a thick wall of trees. Stopping she blinked and looked up at the trees, shaking her head. She wondered where she had gone now. it was certainly very far from home and hopefully far from the patched one. She barely wanted to remember his name. Shaking all over she let her tail snap like a whip before turning and walking along the wall of trees.*

Noir snickered watching the mare run off, he knew the surrounding woods well. As he has said he had no home so his days were spent exploring and memorizing his way around. This would make his sneek attack even better he could circle around. Like some predators did to there meals, even better! What a great day, first nipping that bird's tail feathers and now a full size prey to stalk.
Snorting Noir turned slightly starting his way through the forest planning out his attack as he went along. From the sounds of her stomping run the mare had stopped. So if he circled around close enough to see her but not be seen, he figured he could get right up beside her before popping out. Smirking Noir started on his way in a slow trot trying to figure out were little old splitter butt had gone.

*Stopping, she listened to her surroundings as if feeling that something was watching her. Ears laying back she looked back in the direction she had come, was the patched stallion following her? Or was it just her imagination, it often played tricks upon her as her mind was one of a selfish day dreamer. Puffing up a bit and pulling her head in close to her chest, Lickety-Split marched on, a head awaiting for something to happen. For the most part she would hopefully get the first hit if something was following her.*
"Stupid patched butt. Who did he think he was? I'm too good for him, he should find some lessor to pick on, what did he want? Blood? Oh if I see him again, I'll kick the patches straight off his coat." She rambled marching, her hooves pounding the ground in anger, frustration and just because she wanted to. She felt like she was too good for anyone, let alone some patched stallion who thought he knew everything.
