I prefer Karbo's original work, because Karbo's a great artist.
Still, the pic you linked isn't bad.
Of course, Karbo is amazing, my favorite artist, but I only heard of him in the first place because I'm into vore.(I'll note that my signature is karbo's art, it has someone else's text put onto it, but I do have his permission to use it)
These 3D images are alright, but not "great" but there is a reason for that, most people don't have the equipment(including various"peripherals" and powerful computers), and time/patience to do "great" 3D work. I almost forgot about software! it does make a little difference(as far as I could tell with Maya, Cinema4D and blender, they all rendered different, this was a few years back though.), I myself am familiar with Cinema4D, and have tried Blender and Maya, I didn't like either of those, but just fell in love with C4D, and couldn't really figure blender out.
I wonder... if my iMac could do hair properly, I mean -good- realistic hair, like in the Final Fantasy movies(Weren't they just in awe over the hair in the first Final Fantasy movie(The spirits within or whatever it was) ?) or would my computer just fail miserably at it because it isn't super high end.
