I love the show Mythbusters. It's one of my all time favorite Discovery Channel programs.
As they say, "No myth is safe". And they've tested everything from Pop Rocks and Cola, the Folding a Paper more than 7 times, to even looking for Jimmy Hoffa!
If it's a well known (or even somewhat unknown) myth, you can bet the Mythbusters will take a crack at it!

I was Discovery, Science, and Military channel mostly.
How it Works is a new fave of mine, while Futureweapons gives me inspiration for The WasteLanders. biggrin

Mythbusters is just awesome to watch, Dirty Jobs is a good laugh, and tells me about real world work, Futureweapons shows me just where we are tech wise, How It's Made is just too cool, and Build it Bigger is also just too cool. mrgreen

the universe is a great show - the one on last night was about Saturn and its moons - really awesome

i always used to watch all the shows like WW2 documentaries and UFO shows. but then the history channel started talking mostly about religion and the apocalypse and at that point i stopped watching

Me too. I like watching the WWII shows on the Military Channel. I've become quite an expert on that subject because of it.

That's a really hard choice.... like the "Mega Movie Myths" series.... but also there are others I like more. Although I love the episode this quote originated from:

Lol that was funny. It took them forever to get it right. I love it when they do the "Myths Revisited" episodes. Adam gets so POed at times. xd

I like episodes where Adam and Jamie face off against each other . The best one was where they had to build a glider outta concrete, and Jamie was against the face-offm, cause he was so cocky that he would win, but he ended up losing. rofl
