A small, intense growl left the alpha's mouth as he circled around once, then twice. The pack should be gathering.. Oh wait, he needed some kind of a call. Lifting his head, the orange and black male let out a loud howl. His muscles would all tense as he doing this, the loud noise ringing out through the trees and brush. Even if it was only his mate, and his daughter. He was still determined to get this pack alive again. Seeing his mate had restored his confedence in himself, and he would know truely be the alpha his father wanted him to be. But.. Thinking of his father, caused him to think of his and Selia's past.. Don't think about that, Idiot. He'd bark at his mind, letting off a silent shudder.
Licking his lips, he'd look around. No sign of either of them. Damn. Shaking himself off, he canted his head. Maybe another call? Shoving his head upward, he let out another strong call. And it, too, rushed through the bushes. Soon, he heard footsteps and saw a large pack of furr darting towards him. Oh, Keara. She was so.. hyper and loud. Obviously getting that from.. Well, not him. Not Lera either. She was one of a kind.
"Daddy~!" The adolocent barked at her father, tumbling, but landing just before him. "Are we going to leave soon? Where are we going? Are we gonna have the same lands as before? What if someone took them over? Do you think Gizzy and Aeria will come back?!" Her voice was loud and she darted around her father in a circle, having way too much energy. "You know, I bet they got together. They're like my siblings! And they used to act like they liked each other! I hope they're still near each other! I wonder if it's just you and me and mom and.. Maybe someone else would come. Who do you think would? Huh? Huh? Huh?" Taking a deep breath, she plopped to her butt.
Her tongue would flop out of her mouth as she panted a few times. Maybe, when she was older, she would mature more.. But she was having too much fun enjoying life to slow down. Starting to sniff, she wondered if anyone would show up. Maybe she should have made friends and brought them along? Oh well, the old pack was much too big. Only a few should be allowed to come this time, she decided, though it wasn't her choice, Only the ones who will stay.

He couldn't believe it! The place he had called home in his years of puphood and adolescense was still as wonderful has it always had been, filled with memories spent with some of his most treasured friends and a radiance that warmed his heart.
Birdsong filled the air with such vibrancy that he wondered if perhaps this part of the forest - with its many eyes - had seen them coming. The scent of Haku and Lera swirled loftily on the breeze, catching at his nostrils and filling his lungs with the wonderful aroma of home. Then above the trees he heard the unmistable sound of his brother's howl, filled with power and strength that Gizmo would forever admire.
They were finally home!
His eyes glazed with joy as he led Aeria and Sol-Lun through the winding trees, head held high and proud as he glanced around. Yet where was his brother and his mate? He wanted so much to set eyes on his alphas once more, help them with the pack and share with them the news that soon pups would be on the way.
He cast an affectionate glance towards his mate and the shaman and sighed, everything was going well and he knew that from here things could only get better.
Finally here. He spoke in a hushed tone, mainly for Sol-Lun's benefit. Haku and Lera be round somewhere, they must be.
Throwing back his head, jaws parted in a joyous howl, singing his return to all of those around. The message was clear for all of those who paid heed; We return! We return! Where are you? Then he lowered his muzzle once more and glanced out across the packlands expectantly.

Aeria's entire body seemed to tremble with excitement. The packlands were just as she had remembered, and glancing at Gizmo she could tell his emotions were running high as well.
She looked to Sol-Lun, grinning widely. This is it! This is where Gizmo and I were puppies together! Isn't it beautiful?
The wolf hardly waited for a response before stepping up beside Gizmo and joining him in howling. Haku! Lera! Kam-Kam!
