yes im not one that makes big pomes mine are short one line love pomes that im told are nice i would like to post some to see what how they would rate
I have loved you
From the very start cause
Thats the day
When you won my heart.
What attracts me the most
Is your sweet and kind touch
Your a gift sent from the heavens
And i love you so much.
Have I ever told you
that there has been times,
when I ached for you,
ached for you so badly,
that the emotions overwhelmed me..
and so I sat and cried?

this is one my freind made but i help him rewrite it so its kinda like are pome know its darker then what i write but pls tell me what you think
A Difficult Life
He was sent to her in the bleak of night.
This night seemed especially dark to him
As if there was an everlasting shadow,
Cast over all the world.
He entered as she was brushing her hair.
As she gazed in the mirror she noticed the figure standing behind her.
She turned and her eyes met his and although she had never met him,
She knew who he was.
She began to weep,
"What have I done to deserve such a fate?"
"It is the fate of all," he answered grimly.
When, for reasons unknown to him, he also began to weep.
She was startled by this and her tears subsided,
"Why do you weep so?"
He said nothing for he had no answer.
He simply stared at her with eyes full of sorrow.
Slowly he turned away and drifted into the night,
A job undone,
An innocent unharmed,
A soul untaken.

I really like the second one, I like how it's almost like a story [and not like a song, like most poetry seems to resemble.]
It seemed twisted, a delve into the human side of compassion.
