Dustin laid underneath the shade of a large willow that sat at the edge of the meadow. He had been combing the skies all morning and needed a rest. The shade was wonderful and he could watch all that went on in the meadow from his position. It certainly was a lovely day and there wasn't much that could spoil it.

A black and white pinto mare lay within the grass of the meadow; the breeze sweeping back and forth causing the shoots to sway back and forth. The mare's mane tossed about in the wind; the few curls in her hair bouncing slightly in the wind. She shifted her wings slightly before spreading them open; allowing all of her sleek white and black feathers to rustle in the breeze. The mare's black ears flickered back and forth; moving with the sounds of birds chirping overhead.

Out of the corner of his eye, the stallion caught movement and turned his head curiously. He noticed a pair of black and white wings that belonged to a mare he hadn't noticed earlier. He really was getting sloppy with his attention to detail. Not seeing her as a threat, he lay there and decided to watch her for a few moments and see if anything curious would occur. Watching others when they didn't notice you was always one of his favorite past times.

The mare's red eyes caught sight of a curious creature moving toward her through the air; it's black and orange wings flapping wildly. Eury gave a cheerful giggle as the monarch butterfly flew about her before landing upon one of the flowers in her tail. The mare continued giggling and sniffed eagerly at the butterfly before flicked her tail; causing the creature to fly off once again. The mare watched it soar away with a slight smile on her face. "How pretty..." She gave a little sigh and closed her eyes for a moment.

The stallion watched the mare in amusement as she watched a passing butterfly come to her. He couldn't help but to smile as he was the only one here seeing the scene before him. She seemed to be at peace and he really didn't want to bother her if she was content but his curiousity was beginning to get the better of him and he wanted to go meet her.
Standing up, the stallion stretched his wings since he had been laying quite a long time and shook himself out. He yawned a bit as well before coming awake again. Then he went and started to make his way over to the mare.

Opening her red eyes once again a beaming grin appeared on her face and she shifted her weight; leaning more to her left side as she lay in the meadow. A breeze passed by her and she took in the scents cascading around her. However, only the sweet smell of flowers carried through the air. The mare giggled slightly and rose to her feet; shaking her body to rid herself of any grass that may have been clinging to her gorgeous coat. If there wasn't another being around to converse with she would just have to go and find one. Smirking lightly she began walking briskly before moving into a well mannered trot; allowing her red eyes to scan the area ahead of her. The mare's black ears flattened when she heard a faint sound of hooves on the ground and she halted immediately; knowing they hadn't belonged to her. Looking back around the mare's red eyes caught sight of a dark gray stallion making his way toward her. Eury tilted her head as she watched him before releasing a giggle and grinning at him; standing still so he was the one to walk to her.

Dustin watched her has she got up and then stopped again. for a second he thought she was going to just run off and he wouldn't get the chance to meet her at all but she had eventually heard his approach. Maybe he should sya something so she doesn't try to run off again.
"Hello there! I hope I wasn't interupting you." he called out to her making the first move at a converstaion and continued to approach her.

Eury grinned widely and raised one eyebrow at the stallion, tilting her head to the side. "Of course not." Her voice was airy and light. A devious smirk appeared on her face, "You wouldn't happen to have been watching me, would you?" Some how the mare had suspected that another soquili had been viewing her; she just hadn't known where they were. It was that feeling that someone's eyes are watching you. The mare gave a giggle and rustled her wings upon her back. "You have quite a peculiar coat." She smiled and examined his coat with scrutiny. Her tail swished in the calm breeze. Giggling again her red eyes started at the crystal blue ones of the stallion.

Dustin gave back an equally devious grin at being found out and chuckled. "It depends. Would it have been a good or bad thing if I had been watching you?" he questioned with a wide grin. She seemed pretty playful and not at all defensive like Blackfire had been when he had been watching her. But he remembered the incident and so was going to keep his manners in check. "My name is Dustin and I will take that as a compliment. Those are some pretty flowers you have there." he said with a wink.

Eury raised an eyebrow at the stallion and smirked. "That depends as well." She released a giggle. "Did you enjoy watching me?" The smirk still danced upon her lips and her tone was a tad seductive. "It could have been considered a compliment." The mare smiled at him; her tone rather serious despite her secretiveness. "Thank you!" She exclaimed; tossing her mane causing the white and red flowers in it to shake. "They are called white hibiscus; I am rather fond of them." A bright smile played over her features and her eyes gazed momentarily down at the one flower hanging around her neck upon a silver string. "My name is Eury." She added with a giggle, remembering to tell him her name since he had told her his.

He continued to grin, liking her flirting and glad that she wasn't all up in his face for his flirting back. "Yes, I did enjoy watching you. You seemed like you were enjoying yourself." he said and tossed his own short mane. "It is nice to meet you, Eury. Your name is just as beautiful as the flowers you wear. I should hope that you would be fond of them other wise it would be odd to have so many adorning your figure."
