I'm new to the guild, so I've got a newbie question xp

For the lotto's and the contests that need tickets, where does one get them? are they the same tickets you get from the slots and cards games or something totally different?

Plus how do the lotto's and contests work?

Oh and where does one find the dice needed for those dice ones?
