Maybe there shall be Custom Jutsus.But the Jutsus must correspond to the rank.Like D could be something easy like a Fireball and cost 100g.C could be like a Whirlpool and cost 200g.B could be a Wind Shuriken that is made of air and cost 400G.A may be a Jutsu to use sand to create a beast like a bird or reptilian for 750g.S could be like turning hands into an animal like a snake for 1000g.The Jutsus must correspond to the village though.
i like this one but they will be more ike sumpthing diffrent then a simpe fire ball but yah
D-rank/100 (( ex. hand is covered in chakra controlled fire that burns the opponent whene hit))
C-rank/200 (( ex. usis chakra to soften earth underneath the enemy turning it to quicksand))
B-rank/450 ((Ex. this one a real jutsu, cover your bodie in intence flames))
A-rank/750 ((Ex. real jutsu, chidori or rasengan))
