I believe it's a fan-made game. Kind of like the FMA game that had Ed as the Hommunculous Pride. Though Unlike that one I've never seen any english screen shots so I assume it's just a game I'll never find or play since I can't read Kanji or japanese.
it has to 0 button so i know its for the playstation1 or 2

Well, I know nothing about it's origins, but this is definitely a shot of the Tower of Salvation entrance. Don't know why Kratos is in an offensive pose outside of the main entrance hall, but hey...this could be something completely unrelated...
