i watched a while back. i loved the song!! its intresting that in japanese classes you have to do something like that. americans dont do that? i think. its was touching. most parts, i almost cried. T^T

T^T Yeah the story was very touching D; I want to read the girl's real diaries now, but it'll probably be in japanese- So i wouldnt be able understand it sweatdrop

I didn't like this drama very much. sweatdrop It was a great story, something just rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it's cause I think Ryō Nishikido is a terrible actor. <.< *hides from fangirls* xD

Even though the show was slow-paced, I still say this is one of the best J-Dramas I've seen. The last episode was one hell of a tear-jerker. I can't comment too much about the music, but I thought the insert song "Konayuki" and the ending credits song "Only Human" were pretty good. I have to admit, each time I see the ending credits chills run down through my spine. It felt very weird, even creepy, to see photos of the actual girl that the series is based off, the very same girl that died. I dunno...
And I have to agree with ViVi-Chan. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like Ryo's been typecasted to play the role of the cool yet serious guys. I mean, if I didn't know any better, I would have thought that his character was the same one from Attention Please. It gets kind of repetitive, and even annoying at times.

It was the first time I've seen Ryo in a drama but I don't think he was that bad. sweatdrop I even liked him.
And about the drama. I really liked Ako. I think she is an interesting character. She always was underestimated and parents never prised her so she was looking for their attention other ways. Though, later she changed a lot too. And I think she is pretty. xp
