o: Guild's usually have a thread up for guild invite suggestions or say how to go about it. I didn't see anything about it in the rules. That's an interesting question.
This is a slow forum, so you won't get an answer right away. ^^;;
Um, I suggest telling the people to send their own requests to join since it says that everyone is accepted. ^^
