I actually think I might be losing weight. When I go home tomorrow I hope to remember to weigh myself.

I only eat like once a day sweatdrop Drink juice and lots of water. I'm gunna start having my last (oh wait, only) meal before 6pm.

no one wants to hire a 4'11" girl for a job where you lift heavy objects. Give me a break.

Hey, that's like what I do. Though I eat about two meals a day...well more sometimes...I can't eat very much to begin with sweatdrop My stomach is quite evil. I was losing weight, then I got a boyfriend..I've gained like 3 pounds..though that could have been the chinese food from yesterday, hmm. Well either way he likes going out to eat >.<

Did you know that if you only eat a meal a day. It grins more weights. If you eat three meals a day, and walk at least 1 hour, or jog for 30 mins. Youll be losing weights if you keep do thatdaily.

i had same problem, I only eat once a day and drink a lot of water and it gained so Dr offered me. It works a lot

the one thing that i kno about weight losing is starving yourself doesnt work. because after you done depriving your body you'll gain all the weight back. because pretty much all your doing is clearing out your system of all food. which is not a good idea.
anywho heres an intresting fact its actully talkes evergy to burn fat. that means that you should still eat food just smaller portions and healthyer foods. like replace the candy bar with an apple. the best thing to do is to eat atleast 2 healthy meals a day and do plenty of exersize. i know it works cause my mom lost 70 pounds doing that.

My boyfriend and I just bicker about what to eat, we'll stand infront of the fridge and he'll be like, 'so, what do you want to eat?' and I'm not picky at all, so i'm just like, 'food, would be nice.' But for some reason that pisses him off... :/ Hmm...
I think I need to gain weight, but I'm so small, that if I gain weight, it doesn't look right...

At my age, everyone's like 130 -170lbs, and there's lil `ol me... still stuck at 95lbs... D':
5'1" and I'm 95lbs, that's sad...
