6. Sasuke and naruto's big fight where sasuke turns into a duke like thing and naruto almost dies and i don't know what ep it is....
5.DNAgel when daisuke is in his painting
4.FMA when hughes dies and his what his child says at his furnral. or when see ed and al after their mother dies.
3. Whistle! I love almost every moment in this manga but I'll go with the first chapter in Vol. 3. "If you dream..."
2. Reki's Day of flight in Haibane Renmei
1. Nico Robin's Past and a cople pages after it in when she says "I'm not going to die!!" -one piece

Again, another thing that will change frequently in my case, so I might be updating this once in a while. ^^

10. When the whole group starts joining in on the song in Whisper of the Heart.
9. When Orochimaru coughs up his sword.
8. The final images of what the land is turning back into in Princess Mononoke.
7. The scene around mid-series of Black Cat, where the Apostles are all showing up and showing what they can do.
6. In Igpx, when it shows the next season and everyone both new and old to the team is working together.
5. When Zeke eats Yoh's spirit in Shaman King.
4. The lighting ritual at the end of Kakurenbo.
3. When Kyuzo, Kikuchiyo, Heihachi, and Gorobei die in Samurai 7.
2. The end of Wolf's Rain.
1. The episode span in Naruto when Haku and Zabuza die.

I'm sure there's others, but those are the ones I can remember off-hand.

Hmm...I might not have ten, but let meh see what I can remember...

10: When Ed goes through to the other side of the gate in Fullmetal Alchemist.
9: Gohan totally destroys Cell with a spiritual boost from Goku in DBZ.
8: The fight between Cain and Abel at the end of Trinity Blood.
7: Ryoko dies in Tenchi Universe.
6: Sen/Chihiro cleanses the River Spirit in the 'big tub' in Spirited Away.
5: The group song in Whisper of the Heart (same as Momochaos's).
4: Princess Nausicaa walks on the Oum's golden feelers wearing her blue tunic at the end of Nausicaa: Of the Valley of the Wind.
3: Haku and Sen fall from the sky and cry in Spirited Away.
2: Ashitaka embraces Sun after she stabs him with his necklace in Princess Mononoke.
1: Kamaji the boiler-man gives Sen his train tickets and says "I've been saving these for fourty years" in Spirited Away.

I guess I had a lot more than I thought. I love Number 1 though. That sequence when Sen leaves the Bathhouse always gets me teary.

7. When Shuichi gets beat by Taki and the very last episode of gravitation when shuichi tells yuki that he loves him in New York.
6. When Yukito realizes that he wants to be by Misuzu's side and comes back to her. the doll that he carries lights up and he's gone. she wakes up and cries out for Yukito.
5. When Ed dies so Al sacrifices himself to bring Ed back. Then, Ed goes to the other side of the gate when he brings Al back
4. When Dita jumps into Hibiki's arms as his ship starts to leave for the men's planet from Vandread
3. When Miki is in the nurse's office and Yuu starts to go on her bed saying "want a repeat of last time" from Marmalade Boy
2. When Ryoma goes with Sakuno to go fix her strings on her racket and everyone thinks their on a date including Sakuno so they start spying on them even Ryoma's dad from Prince of Tennis
1. When Haruka is hit by a car while waiting for Takayuki from Rumbling Hearts
