It sounds Like Fantasy. ( Swords and such ) Those are allowed but it is mainly Futuristic with guns.

Like nice cars, Ice cold and rock hard skin, Strangely strong, Sparkle in sunlight, doesn't sleep and they stay how ever old they where when bitten for thousands of years. When thirsty, the eyes are a coal black. when fine and unthirsty, a golden color.)

Her foster parents where the strange superstitious ones who belived in vampires so they kepted her and tought her how to control her thirst at times.

** Storyline **
Roy Anotia is the leader of the elite ops Delta Squad. His Squad was positioned with Bravo ad Alpha squads when their base was attacked by opposing forces. Their attack was swift and brutal. Those three teams were the only survivors of the attack.
They are now stranded and must make it back to HQ. COM links are un-operable at the moment. Make your way back to base. Elimenate all hostile threats. And survive.
{ this is only the start of the story the rest will come as it does... }
