Okay, I know those of you that are still here have been complaining about inactivity. I've gotten settled at my new place and gotten used to the college, so I've started planning. I've been visiting the guild everyday, but not posting. That's going to change. I have some plans, and I'm going to do my best to get the guild active in Shinn's absence.
I haven't talked with Shinn about these, he hasn't been online when I am. Therefore, there won't be any huge official guild RPs or anything, but I may do some training things. (I have to finish my squad RP first.) I'm not sure, and I make no guarantees for that. I'm not going to do any actual administrating, that's too big for just me to decide, I'd need to talk things over with Shinn for anything major. So: I will not make new squads, appoint vice-captains or crew members, etc.
I promise to post at least once a week, on the weekends. I may do more, but that all depends on my workload, which WILL get heavier as time goes on. I will do my best to log onto Gaia every day though, so feel free to send me PMs about any ideas or comments or whatever you have. Just no insults, no "GET THE GUILD ACTIVE, [insert insults directed towards me, Shinn, and/or the guild here]." or anything like that. Criticism? Sure. As long as it's logical, sensible, and is presented in a calm, factual manner. You are welcome to e-mail me at Helkaurain@gmail.com as well. Actually, Shinn is planning something along those lines. If we can come up with a training mission that wouldn't take forever, yea. I'm gonna try to get in contact with Shinn this week, though, and see about the official RP we have in planning...I'm gonna ask about administrative issues as well, because at the moment I'm not too sure exactly what I should do myself and what I should leave to Shinn.
Anyways, feel free to send me ideas you may have.

Just a quick update. I got in contact with Shinn and got details on the guild RP. Some tweaking needs to be done so I can make sure as many people can be involved as possible and to flesh out the plot a bit more. I'll be able to get more info in when I talk to Shinn some more and when I finish my squad's RP (which should be done fairly soon if all goes as planned. I make no guarantees as to an exact time frame, though.).

i really do have to thank you Hel, i know i havent been keeping up my duties as a leader, im glad to know that you got my back in helping to keep this guild alive. to everyone here, i am really sorry for letting you all down.
i'll be trying to set aside some time to talk with Hel about forming new squads and getting them involved in the future rp's.
im currently going through some late enrollment to get into a local college out here, at the same time tryin to keep my hours at my job, i wont be able to get on much late afternoons or at night, but i will strive to be on when i get back from work (very early morning) and in the afternoons before work. i have a lot of catching up i need to do, but i want to do my part for all of you who joined my guild looking for a fun time.
