I am going to be entering a culinary competion at Johnson and Wales when I get off summer break. With what im planning to do, i would like to us a strawberry tuille but i cant find a recipe for it and im not advanced enough to make up my own recipe for it. Can anyone help me out?

Tuille is a very thin cookie, almost wafer like.
