Lonely summer day
Another lonely summer day in which,
another poem was written,
another tear was cried,
as I sit at the window,
and look out on the world,
the world that doesn't welcome me,
or accept the person I am,
nor does it want to,
so another lonely summer day goes by in which,
another poem was written,
another tear was cried,
as I still sit at the window,
wondering why,
why they have to make time seem so long,
why torture by making another day go by,
when it seems were stuck in only one place in time,
but time doesn't care,
it just keeps on going no matter what,
and leaves all you memories and emotions behind,
