I'm thinking of making a nice role-play... any ideas?

Its when you purchase fake tickets and there is a goal amound of tickets here I'll just show you an example.
This is a 100k Lotto! You may purchase as much tickets as you want. My goal of tickets to sell are 90,000. Each ticket is 5g.
[0 to 1,000 tickets sold] Username
[1,000 to 8,700 tickets sold] Username
[8,700 to 8,757 tickets sold] Username
[8,700 to 70,000 tickets sold] Username
[70,000 to 90,000 tickets sold] Laalaa
Then I use the random number generator as shown above and which ever number it lands on you look at the person you bought that much tickets for example if the number generator goes on 70,453 then Laalaa would win the 100k.
