Victor had heard there was a fair in town and thought it was a grand opportunity to take Riley out. Though knowing the girl would have more fun with a friend he had phoned another guardian about the possibility of them going together. Then, after a successful talk with Irelia's guardian, a date was decided and the plan was to meet up at the front gate where all the tickets were sold.
Always being prompt, Vic had arrived a few minutes before the agreed time and allowed Riley to drift around the entrence. After all, there was no way for her to get into the fair until he paid and with her enthusiasm she was hard to miss.
Riley was running around, weaving through people and bouncing on the balls of her feet to see into the parking area. Where was Irelia? She wiggled about restlessly like a race horse at the starting gate. She wanted to go play now! And she couldn't do that alone. At least, not when there was the promise of a friend lingering in the air.

Irelia was leaning on Asher's back, drooling vaguely. She was much too old to be drooling, Irelia knew that, but Irelia also knew that Asher was annoyed by it, so she continued to spew vast amounts of saliva on his fancy shirt. Asher had decided that dealing with Irelia 24/7, while lowering the possibilities of lawsuits, made him go crazy. And he knew for a fact that Riley's family felt the same way.
Irelia wiggled excitedly as she recognized one of Riley's brothers standing. But no Riley.
"RILEY!!!!" Irelia shrieked, and wiggled off Asher's shoulder with a wet slurp. Asher squirmed violently. So gross! he mentally thought to himself.
Irelia grinned. Its so fun to torture daddy!
Irelia ran towards Riley.
"Guess what guess what? My name is Irelia. Spelled I. R. E. L. I. A. But if you mix up the letters I am almost a Riley too!"
"I AM SO SMART!"

Riley stopped her wandering upon hearing her friend's very loud cry. She then grinned and met it with an equally loud reply, "IRELIA!" But when Irelia proposed such a crafty statement she had to pause to analyze it's truth. In the process she wrinkled her nose a bit. A habit she had when thinking, "Mm...well yeah, I've got an I and a L and a R and an E...But hey why are we spelling? That's boring! Lets go in the fair!" Irelia's little finding was a little too much like school for Riley's liking.
Instead she grabbed Irelia's hand and proceeded to drag her over to the ticket stand. "Vic~! Buy the tickets now!" she demanded, looking at her eldest brother expectantly.
Victor stood up from where he had been leaning casually against the fence taking his hands smoothly from his pocket. "Alright, alright, hold your horses," he said affectionately, ruffling Riley's hair as he went to the booth to recieve the numerous tickets required for the rides and events.

Asher hung back a little. Though well versed in decorum and manners, he still was not the social butterfly his daughter was. Whats more, Asher wasn't sure exactly which brother Riley had decided to drag along with her at this time.
"Irelia, don't spit your gum out on the ground!" Irelia complied, and stuck it to the iron fence in front of the fair.
Asher sighed, and walked over the Vic.
"How much do I owe you? I'm Asherr by the way, have we met?"
((OMG i first wrote "How much do I own you?" ROFL))

(( XD LOL ))
Victor smiled warmly, offering a hand to Asher in a friendly fashion, "Don't worry about it, I've got it covered. No, I don't believe so. Kai took her to the bakery that one time and Liam took her to the costume shop. I'm Victor. A pleasure to meet you, Asher." He passed a glance at the two girls, holding out the tickets with his free hand, "Alright, Riley take these and be sure to get your hand stamped so they let you in."
"Okay~!" Riley agreed, snatching the tickets from her eldest brother eagerly before hurrying over to the Fair Lady who had the stamp. "Come on Irelia!" She thrust out her hand up at the Lady and let her stamp it with a blue ink that had a smiley face.
