(item).

And it helps to have the Underwater materia... you can get it by killing ghost ships in the underwater reactor and trading the award (Guidebook) with this old guy in Kalm.

Equip KOTR and W-Summon on Cloud along with one mime

and equip one mime each on the other two...

get KOTR to lvl 2 and then go after the weapons...

MAKE SURE TO TAKE OFF ALL OTHER MATERIA!!!
this is very important when fighting Emerald Weapon because he does this attack and if you have too much materia, it will do 9999 damage...

so anyways, youre in the battle, get Cloud to use KOTR + W-SUMMON for a double strike with KOTR... and then nget Vincent to mime, then Cid to mime, then Cloud to mime, and continue untill you are alomst dead, then use Megalixer to heal you completely and use the strategy again... the only one who loses MP is Cloud and only once for the initial summon and once you use the Megalixer, you are restored to full HP and MP... once youve killed him, go to this old dude in Kalm and trade the items you got for killing Emerald Weapon and you get three Materia... Master Magic, Master Summon, And Master Command... the three best materia in the game... Master summon is all the summons in the game, Master magic is all the magic and master command is all the commands...

the same strategy works with Ruby weapon, except you can bring all your materia in... but if you have all the Masters you shouldent need it... also he can remove characters from play, so really all you can do about that is hope he dosent do it this time... if i missed anything... PM me about it
