Ok after reading the title the question is pretty obvious, what time do you usually log into eve, me thinks it would be better to give the time acording to what the eve time is.
For example, I usually log in around 5pm/6pm my time so that would be 16:00-17:00 eve time.

i have no idea about that eve time stuff its prolly cuz i dont wanna confuse myself more than needed when servers are based in london i think and i live on east coast usa.... either way for East coast USA im 1:30PM-8:00am <
and no i dont work atm... issues with personal life.

After 8:00 am I start playing to 2:00 or 3:00 am.

Usually a few minutes after I get home from work and eat dinner. Around 6pm so 23:00 Eve time

I'd say I usually get on after 01:00 Eve time.
