Feeling confident, you are about to take a full peek in when the curtain twitches and opens. You get a brief glimps of sparkling lights and the reflection of metal and then Chae comes out, shooing you off.

"Not done here yet! Come back later!" she admonishes.

You wait for a while, but realize that she is not coming out any time soon. Emboldened, you feel free enough to approach the curtain again....but not yet lucky enough to try to peek in

Cin drags the heavy tree behind her, sighing she smiles slightly. At least the snow had made it easier to drag to the house. Looking down at the snow she saw prints leading inside, smiling she pushes the front door open. It seems that the others must already be there. "Kasai want to help me get this tree in here?"

Looks up from the couch and runs over to his chosen. It is so cold, Kasai comments as he helps get the large branches through the door.

Cin smiles over to Merci' and Fauve, "Lets get it set up and I will make some cocoa to warm everyone up."

Hehe, how about I help warm this place up. Kasai says this and then the room starts to heat up, a slight look of concentration goes across his face.

"and now you can grab some towels 'sai, since you are melting all that snow." Cin grins as he runs off.

Kasai leans down and screws in the screws, using the towel to dry it up the melted snow well he is down there. Alright, looks good down here, stands up and grins at Fauve, Did you bring anything to add to the tree? I grabbed some things from Cin's trunk - these weird looking things. Kasai gestures to a box, and Cin found these metallic bulbs. My favorite though is these lights, Kasai grabbs some red lights. They look like tiny flames.

Cin pulls some boxes over by the tree, "we have odds and ends in here guys. Feel free to use whatever you want to. I am going to get started on the hot cocoa."

Kasai smiles at Fauve, so what you want to start with first? Cin told me the ornaments first and then the lights and I am guessing the beads. Kasai grabs the box of bulbs and pulls one out of it. I think these shiny ones are as good a place to start as any. Kasai grins and hands Fauve some other ornaments to put on the tree and then starts hanging the bulbs randomly.

Cin gets cocoa out of the cabinet, "The milk is in the ice chest over there," she says pointing. Then Cin grabs a pan to heat it up in.

Hmmm, well I wanted to know why too. So Cin talked to Mycroft for me and I am not quite sure what it was all about. But I think it started out as some religious thing and people would leave presents hanging on the tree as an offering. Then the decorating became a tradition, he also said some things about a fat man in a red suit.

I don't really understand about the fat man - he like breaks into your house at night. Which I thought was really weird, but instead of stealing or something he leaves you gifts. Kasai nods in a sagely manner as he speaks. But we give each other gifts this time of year, Cin says it is Yule - I don't know what that means but that is why I brought you that nef. I wanted you to have a nice Yule.

Cin snickers in the kitchen as she listens to 'sai tell Fauve about Santa Claus and then grinning leans over whispering the story to Merci'. Cin pulls some mugs from a cabinet getting everything ready for the cocoa.
