The fact is the situation is realistic or not is irrelevant. The point is overall what would you say. It doesn't matter what aspect of the person. Just what would/could you say.
Like for you, I would say you're a girl who's very upbeat, plays guitar and clarinet and likes ketchup. She also likes to post random images of stuff when she's bored and talks to herself (haha).
