I added this "where have you been" thing to Facebook and I was just looking at the map of the world they give you and I've realized
I suck at geography, there are like a billion countries I've never heard of, I didn't know Malaysia was an island, and I did not know Kazakhstan existed before Borat, and it's a rather large country.
I feel ignorant.
how are your geography skills?
what is the most interesting place you've been?

Hahaha, my geography's oh-kay. Kazakhstan's real? sweatdrop I know alot of countries (lol I've even been to quite a few of them) but I have a harder time remembering where they are. redface idk about the most interesting place I've been...I would say Philippines...only because I love it there, it's the home in my heart. heart

D3lir1um Hahaha, my geography's oh-kay. Kazakhstan's real? sweatdrop I know alot of countries (lol I've even been to quite a few of them) but I have a harder time remembering where they are. redface idk about the most interesting place I've been...I would say Philippines...only because I love it there, it's the home in my heart. heart i really wish i could go there 3nodding

I really am worse than I thought. rofl I was looking through my son's geography booklet & wow, gonk haha, I'm so bad, & I thought I knew things! lol I mean I know all the major ones...unless it was a list of cities? eek eh no excuses. I was in my dad's car and he had a map and that's where they put Washington DC lol

I am really good at Geography but suck at Goverment. The reason is that the state I live in change it's middle school classes to where 6th grade had Government and 7th grade had Geography instead of visa versa like it use to be,and they changed it the the year I went into 7th grade so I ended up with two years of Geography and no years of Government in middle school.

Washington DC isn't part of any state... oO Maryland was done for my state report in 5th grade. I would've known. XD;
I'm decent in Geography.. I aced all my tests since elementary school but they were easy. >>
In terms of directions though..... I'm no GPS.
I tend to use the terms "turn there", "turn here", and "AH!"
We had a trust walk where we had to direct the person.. I just screamed when my person walked into a wall.

omg....all this time I've always pictured Phoenix, Arizona being above Albuquerque (New Mexico).........................................and I've just realized that Phoenix is closer to the equator...which explains why it's hotter >_< omg I suck at geography

I'm not that great at geography. Particularly US geography, considering I don't live there. Cali is west, Florida is kind of south east ish... that is all I know. xD
I know the location of a few countries because my cousin has a Leap Frog globe that plays this country game and you have to pick out countries on the globe, and it gets harder.
I know where Bosnia and Herzegovina is xD
