Cid decided that after working on the Tiny Bronco, which was causing problems with parts being stubborn, he needed a drink. He walked into the building, and went directly over to the bar, ordering a beer.
(I believe the full name is the Shanghai Tei, but that may just be the bar portion of the building.)
