Water. Cold, pressing, driving into her very soul. At the bottom of the flow, she reached out toward the smaller girl, chained to the rock. The little girl's blue eyes, filled with terror, slowly closed as she lost air. Silently screaming, she reached out, but something pulled her up. Silver bubbles erupted from her mouth as life escaped her...
She sat bolt upright. Wiping the swet from her brow, she murmured, "Another nightmare..."
Far away and long ago, a great city called Tenyasen crested the kingdom. The valley that it filled was prosperous. But the price was it morality.
Slaves filled the farms. Men and women, unmarried, had children all the time. So, judgement fell on the city. Water poured down from the heavens to fill the city, and all drowned.
All- save a few.
These are cursed to roam, wander, devoid of life or death until their debt is repaid. Those with no soul seek to have one.
The stories say that there is a quality, hidden deeply in some people, that can make one pure.
They seek that purity.

-Follow the ToS. I'm not babying people.
-No cybering. Romance is allowed, just keep it PG-14.
-No yaoi, yuri, hentai, or gay characters of any kind. Clean, please.

Gaian Name- Soma-sema
Name- Suriama Ryukku
Age- 16
Gender- Female
Personality- Polite, but can be outspoken and blunt with people she knows or people that get on her nerves. She's very mature and dislikes being made a fool of.
Bio- Ryukku was born in a small village near the ruins of Tenyasen. She was told the stories of its destruction since childhood and was raised to believe that all had died. Not so.
As a young girl, she wandered the shores of the lake beneath which laid the ruins of the great city. As she peered into the water, she saw bright streams of something floating the water. They were the captured souls of the lost. She has the gift in her, and she wants to heal the broken.

Weapons- She can defende herself with a small dagger that she carries, but she prefers not to use it.

Special Circumstances- Rykku is a strange kind of colorblind. She can only see the world in shades of blue and grey, never any other colors. As a result, she is cold all the time.

Alright, two things.
-Healers are... well, healers. They don't carry tons of weapons.

Rykku Suriama flicked a droplet of water off her eyelash as the rain began to drizzle down. Beneath the forbidden lake, the ruins of the once-great Tenyasen glittered, barely visible. Where are your people? She thought, straining her eyes, trying once again to see the invisible. And it happened. Glittering streams of matter, floating amid the broken towers. The souls of the lost.
