Man, it's real hard to stop thinking about it. But it just won't get out of my head now. I'm not quite sure as to why they are getting divorced. But my mom says that they're more of friends now then they were before. Which doesn't make any sense confused Before I had always wished that they had gotten divorced because my dad hadn't shown much "interest" in me. He would spend so much time with my brother, and ignore my text messages/calls when I wanted to know where he is, and when he will be home. But I've finally grown out of it. And we spend a whole lot time now though. Man... my life is going to be so different now. xp

I wouldn't know much...but I guess some couples just lose their spark over a few years. There are bunches of kids with devorced parents who still get by, and I garuntee that you'll make it. That doesn't make it a happy thing though, and I'm really sorry that this happened to you.
Hopefully you'll still be able to spend equal time with both though.
I have faith that you'll carry through.

My parents are fighting a lot lately. I think they're just stressed out over moving. :/ I hope they stop soon, though, because my dad had another one of his little fits and made mom cry this morning again.
It really sucks when parents get divorced. You seem to be taking it well, though. And you didn't sound emo at all. :'D

My Mom and Dad said they were going to divorce.
Six months later and they're still together.

I guess at least it doesn't seem like they're fighting or anything.
You don't sound emo to me, but if you are upset about it, that's perfectly understandable.

My parents arent divorce [almost did though]
BUT just because they are divorced dosent mean your lifestyle will completely change =]

My parents were divorced many years ago... it was when I was 10 or so. They fought a lot so me and my sisters thought it was for the better. It seems in you case though, your parents just fell out of love. It happens often enough. I am sure you will be fine as it seems that both your parents love you. Good luck and try not to dwell on it. (I know its hard)

It can be for the best sometimes. When my parents got divorced I was so upset but now I can see it really is better that they're apart. I see my dad more this way and my parents stayed friends with each other.

Of course, you're much older than I was when I found out my parents were getting a divorce...and at least, they are handling it nicely. =/
