This is the stage for the battle to decide the fate of Tortuga. For those of you who haven't been following the RP story of Kibo Botch and Don Miguel here is a quick run down.

Don Miguel sailed into Tortuga looking to assemble a fleet, and croosed paths with Kibo Botch. Each tried to recruit the other, but only made enemies out of eachother. Don Miguel, or Michael, turned out to be the bounty hunter of Davy Jones colecting ships to serve in an immortal fleet. Kibo, a powerful necromancer and Admeral refused to help Michael in his attack on Spain, and so the fate of Tortuga was decided. Michael has sent his troops into the tow, they are hiding, waiting for their master to call them to battle. Michael also planted mysterious chests within the city.
With the battle about to begin Kibo sneds for his captains and his fleet as the Santo Columbia prepares to destroy Tortuga and anyone in its path...

*The Santo Columbia was floating of the coast waiting for Storm and the Death Wind. The crew lined up on deck and Michael stood at the Helm, the black book at his side.*

Kibo Botch

PostPosted: Fri Jul 13, 2007 2:13 pm

Kibo sits patiently and cross-legged on the shore, waiting for his birds to return with the replies from the captains. A bird flies onto his shoulder, and drops a note into his hand. It was Natasha's reply. She was in. Kibo smiles, and waits for responses by everyone else.

Yet another bird flies from the sky, and lands on Kibo's head, peering down into his eyes. It chirps happily, alerting Kibo of Tiny's acceptance. Kibo smiles happily.

Storm walks up to Kibo and slides smoothly down into a crossleged position next to him. She motions to the sunset.

"It's really beautful tonight. What is with the bird on the head?"

Kibo: I'm sending out requests for assistance in fighting your new superior.

Suddenly, the bird on Kibo's forehead, Tiny's bird, looks up, chirping confusedly.

Kibo: What? Who the hell's Reymore?

The bird chirps again, flying off to investigate.

Storm grimmenced. It wasn't often that she heard those words and she had worked very hard so that she wouldn't. They weren't her particular favorite string of syllybles.

"He is not my supieror."

(alright I am back and now we can finally start this. Tell everyone involved to post here on this thread to avoid confusion.)

*The Santo Columbia sat in place on the coast. Michael looked towards the island for some sign of resistance.*

Crewman: "I don't see anything sir, we have an open shot."

Michael: No, Mr. Botch has been looking forward to this for sometime. Let's smoke them out of hiding.

*The Crewman salutes and lites a flair sending a red spark into the air. In seeing the flair crewman from the streets, docks, and building yards insert their keys into the chests and scatter. The chests explode sending fire and debris in all directions. Michael removes the book from his pocket.*

Michael: Once Storm arrives with the Death Wind, we shall cal the others.

Kibo stands up calmly, looking out at the silhouette of the Santo Columbia. He turns his back to Storm, and walks calmly onto the surface of the water, tapping the third marking on his arm so he can walk across the surface.

Kibo: Your commander is calling you. I'd get over there if I were you.

Kibo continues walking, until he is about a half mile away from Michael ship. His hands are shaking. He was nervous. Of course, he had every right to be. Everyone who ever tried what he was about to do had died. He picks up a piece of driftwood, carving an elaborate rune in it, and tossing it into the water. Suddenly, the wood catches fire, and the smoke forms into a man, his scraggly dirty-blonde hair falling lightly over his closed eyes, which were ringed with pitch-black circles. His form was slender; thin as a coffin nail. His clothes were dirty, as if he had been too busy to change them for weeks. The eyes open, revealing his gray eyes; devoid of any emotion or sympathy. Sitting in his pocket is a black book, identical to the one Michael had in his jacket pocket, only this one had but one name in it; the name of the man Kibo had just summoned. The man opens the book, and looks at it, as if he couldn't remember his own name. There, old and faded writing spelled out a name almost unheard in the Caribbean for over 200 years: Johann Georg Faust.

Kibo: Good to see you again, Faust. Death has been good to you, I suppose?

Faust turns, his blank eyes barely even acknowledging Kibo's existence. He turns back, seeing a ship on the horizon. Immediately, a crooked smile crosses his lips, and he licks his lips hungrily.

The Mystik heads out and awaits next to the Sunset followed closely by Bloody Mary awaiting the arrival of the other ships.

Storm grinned at Kibo's back. It wasn't often she got the chance to kill necromancers, a particular string of scum she hated, and she wasn't about to pass up the opprotunity to. Making a cutting motion with her hand, Storm teleported herself onto the Death Wind as it was pulling into formation with Michael's other ships. Following along behind in the wake of the quick ship was what looked like a veritable army of toy ships.

Those on board the Death Wind couldn't help but laugh at the irony of the play things. Though slaves most of them were, they enjoyed basking in the light of Storm's particular taste in humor. The toy ships were painted in mixture of gayity colours: red, blue, white, green, purple, black.

*Michael looked over at Deathwind and then to Kibo and the three ships lined on the Horizon. Two transport ships came from the uilding yards, now in flames and lined up behind the Santo Columbia. The crew on board the transport ships began to climb into boats and row into a formation.*

Michael: "Gentle men prepare for the attack!"

*The crew roared with delite and held their weapons readily. Michael opened the balck book.*

Michael: "Seaham, Devils Play, Calchas, Black Gates, L' Espadon. I call you all back to service."

*The wrekage of the three ships surfaced and began to reform into ships. Crew from the transport ships began to row over to these ships where the crew was just coming to life. L' Espadon sailed alongside the Death Wind
As Michael began a new list of names Zuan turned to Storm.*

Zuan: "I must now go and take to my post as Captain of L'Espadon, I will see you on the shore Ma'am."

Michael: (Still calling names) "Bretwalda, Le Rocher Nor, Iron Prince, Sea Tiger, Duncan, Xiaman's Claws, Prussian Crown, Henry VIII, San Theodora...

*As Michael continues to call names more wrekage forms on teh coast transforming back into war ships. As a new wreck form more boats filled with crew row over to it. The ships have, by now, forme a barricade along the coast so that no one can escape. The ships are now begining to form a complete barricade around the island to ensure its complete destruction.*

Michael: "El Serpiente, Salte de Tribune, Cat's Claw, Cutlass, Dart, Deliverance, Dirk, Divine Wind, East Wind, El Cuervo, El Minnow, El Toro..."

*More explosions are set off. Flames and smoke spread through the town. About 60 ships now sit on Tortuga's coast, with more re-shaping. Michael continues to call out names.*

Storm drummed her fingers along the rail, bored. This was Michael's war and she would wait for the signal. Still, she half wished he would just move things along. Raise the ships as they go along. That sort of thing. Storm was stired out of her thoughts by an approching slave. He bowed and spoke, eyes still firmily planted on the deck at her feet.

"Mistress Hunzirm, the terentual-anuns are ready and await you at your pleasure."

She grimmenced. She had forgotten that the slaves did not know her particular game of changing names on a whim anymore. Afterall, this was probably the first time any of them had seen sunlight in a good five, ten years. A shame that they would then die.

"Your name, slave?"

"This one is called 25789, mistress Hunzirm."

"Well then, 25789, never again address me using my given surname, Is that clear?"

He winced, hearing the sharp tone in her voice. The slave prayed to any gods who were listening that he had been called to serve the one known for mercy and had caught her in a good mood.

"Yes, mistress Hun-Yes mistress."

Kibo Botch

Kibo begins walking towards the Death Wind. Faust could take care of the rest. Maybe this would finally give the man a bit of happiness. Faust picks up a piece of wreckage that hadn't yet formed into part of a ship, pulling out a knife, and drawing a pentagram inscribed within a circle. He pokes the blade into his finger, letting a drop of blood fall onto it. Immediately, another man appears, tiny hints of horns poking from underneath his long black hair. Faust finally speaks, his voice cold, dark, and lonely.

Faust: Mephistopheles, glad you could make it. We still have a deal, no? Disable those ships. All of them except the one called the Death Wind and the Santo Columbia.

Mephistopheles sighs, still bound by his deal with that cursed, or blessed, man. He snaps his fingers, and the ships' sails burst into flames. Their rudders become entangled with undersea weeds and algae, stopping them dead. Faust walks over towards the Santo Columbia, wanting to see this man who made the same mistake he did.

Meanwhile, Kibo reaches the Death Wind, and walks up the side of it. The time was fast approaching. Soon, he'd know whose side Storm was really on. He draws his blade, and climbs over the edge of the ship.
