Many of us here, not all, but many, have had or are having problems. All types of problems. Even if it happened a long time ago. Do you people tell people about your problems? Confide in friends, and have "problem-sharing" disscusions? Because I do, and they help. If any of you want to put your problems in this thread, go ahead.

Yeah I talk to my friends but we also try to make laughs while doing that. Or I talk to Riot. (My Panda toy thingy.)

I've never talked to an inanimate object before, does it help as much as a real person? Journals are a nice option too.

Journals are lovely. Also I love to write poetry to get it out.

i write poetry and journals
but my favorite thing to do is
well talk to my stuffed elephant
and sit there crying
i cry my feelings out
or cut them out
either way
or i lsten to music
i normally don't talk to people about my problems
they don't know anything

I usually seek advice from friends. I'm weird in that I like to hear everything I should do to fix my problems; while I always end up mulling them over and not taking any of them anyway.
Once I've thoroughly made things worse, I just consolidate in watching horrifically tragic korean soap operas, thanking god my life isn't as ******** as that.
It's actually quite refreshing just following the drama of someone else's life for even a short amount of time. Basically a legal escape.

i deal with it, or i talk to my GF. if need be amanda, but i can hardly get a hold of her so it's either rellik, or ashes...maybe zombie, which ever one i'm talking to first

I talk to my cat.....
Because she's my bestest buddie in the world.
Because you know what.......she doesn't talk back & "listens".

I have a really unhealthy way of dealing, generally I just hold it in, and ball it up, until it becomes rage which I either release at inanimate objects, or end up exploding in anger at someone I care about for a silly reason. :S

Life Issues is for talking about your issues. This isn't an issue, if that's what you mean.
Anyways. I talk to friends, I have to. There's one thing that eats at me horribly, and I've only told my boyfriend, Sov, and one of my closer friends about it.
I used to write in journals. I'm not so consistant anymore, but it did help.
