Personality - He is calm quiet type, not much can upset him. He like to read book when he taking long walks to other villages. One thing he can’t stand is very annoying loud mouth people who think they are right And those who abuse and misuse others. He speaks what’s on his mind as some may think he is a bit perverted at times, but wishes to reach the top and be the strongest.

Kagen life is a peaceful one, his parents where great ninjas who passed away shortly after he was born. Even through his life was peaceful it didn't mean even on was nice to him, some treated him like a outcast due to his red eyes and strange tattoo that runs up both his arms and connects at his back and then continues up to the back of his neck and down making a swirl at the base of his spine, where a human pool of charka lies, that’s actually a birth mark that symbolize great things and hidden power for Kagen. Kagen always looked passed people making fun of him or being mean for no reason at all, looking back on it Kagen just smiles at those old times as it made him stronger.
Living with his grandfather learn the ways of his clan and they fighting style. Kagen and his grandfather are the last of his once mighty clan that was the strongest in his village. He trains wit his grandfather, he doesn’t address his grandfather by name he only calls him Senpei out of respect for him and his grandfather usual punch him to the ground other ways. But he will take his grandfather place a bookman which is main a record keeper of his village it’s a hard job because it a mostly gathering information. Going on mission and training with him paid off as Kagen learned about life and how to live it, what’s it really means to care and protect someone.
Likes: Quiet places, and being alone most of the time. Reading, falling snow, Sweets, spicy food, and messing with people.
Dislikes: Hot places, people who may fun of his hair, or comment if he doing something nice.

Nawanuke no Jutsu - Mastered
A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.
Kawarimi no Jutsu - Mastered
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.
Shunshin no Jutsu, "Body Flicker Technique - Mastered
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ( Shunshin no Shisui?) , likely referring to this technique.
The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" ( Suna-Shunshin?), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" ( Kiri-Shunshin?), "Water Body Flicker" ( Mizu-Shunshin?), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (Konoha-Shunshin?).
Hyōrō no Jutsu :Ice Prison Technique - Mastered
This jutsu creates pillars of ice crystals that home in on an opponent and trap them in ice. Unlike the Water Prison Technique, no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught. This jutsu may also be used defensively as a wall of ice.
Hyōton: Tsubame Fubuki, literally "Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm" - Mastered
This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings.
Hyōton: Kokuryūbō Fūsetsu, literally "Ice Release: Black Dragon Outburst Snowstorm" - In training
This jutsu creates an icy black dragon with red eyes that is shot towards the opponent. Doto has an improved version that creates two black dragons that attack the enemy by creating a freezing tornado.
Hyōton: Itsukaku Hakugei, literally "Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale - In - training
This jutsu fashions a massive narwhal from surrounding ice that jumps up and falls back down on the opponent. Though made entirely from inanimate ice, the beast releases a loud echoing moan as it rises.
Hyōton: Haryū Mōko, literally "Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger" - in- tranining
This jutsu creates a large tiger out of nearby ice. Because it's so cold, it can freeze nearby water while attacking its target. It resembles an ice version of Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique.
Hyōton: Rōga Nadare no Jutsu, literally "Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique - in- tranining
This jutsu creates an avalanche of snow wolves that run towards the opponent, biting and crushing their foe.
