This seems to be a pretty informative website... You'll have to freehand the pattern in full size, but it at least gives you an example of how the pattern is shaped.

I have in my days never seen such a thing in all the Knowne World. Because such is the case I am looking forward to seeing your new creations. Please if you will keep me in mind when you get it.

I recently made one using a toil. I cut that out and added length and a doublet sleeve pattern and it worked out ok.
