Akuma laid up in a tree. She only wanted to see one person in the entire world right now. Kinovu . . . She hadn't seen him in what seemed to be a lifetime. She had done so much since the last time they met. Too much . . . And too many changes had taken place, even within herself. She looked down into a puddle and stared at he reflection. She looked the same, but it didn't feel like it. She wondered if Kinovu would still love her like he did. Did he even remember her? Or did he move on without her? She started to tremble at the thought. He was her tourniquet. She couldn't live without him. She sighed and a single tear fell from her eye into the puddle and her reflection shattered in the ripples.

Black paws graced the forest floor, the fox's white head hung low as he sniffed the ground, 'I really should have Rain doing this, but that girl does deserve a break after all.' Kinovu let out a sigh and gazed around, coming into the forest covered area he looked around, he had heard murmurs spreading through the forest about a particular fox, but no matter how far he searched he could never find her, 'Akuma. Where are you?' He thought looking up at the sky before looking at the ground again. Kinovu sighed then blinked looking ahead a rippling puddle that had a slight reflection of a black fox, he looked up at the owner.
"Akuma?" He said in a quiet tone.

Akuma looked down at a white male fox with gray stripes. "Kinovu?" She gazed at the fox and saw the blue tattoo and the gleaming blue eyes that she remembered so wel. "Kinovu!" She jumped down and run up to him and nuzzled him so that it feeled like they wouldn't be together ever again. "You cannot even begin to imagine what has gone on in my life. Oh, Kinovu, I missed you so much!" Tears were running down her face like rivers. She had missed him and wanted to go look for him many times, and yet she could never bring herself to it. But now, they were together and she knew that things needed to be sorted out.

Kinovu looked at Akuma for a moment, "What happened?" He asked softly licking her head softly, "I have looked for you but I couldn't ever find you." He smiled nuzzling her gently, "Well that doesn't matter, we are back together again." He frowned slightly, "Come on, I have a place I want to show you. Lets talk there." He said softly, licking her head again he began to pad forward looking at the sky, 'Something smells different about her.' He thought with a frown, 'But that doesnt matter at the moment.' He reminded himself.

"Right." Akuma blinked the last of her tears out and followed him. He hadn't changed. He was still the cam, nice Kinovu she remembered. But she was aware that if anything happened it would be her fault. She was the one that had changed and the blame shouldn't be put on Kinovu. He was a nice guy, one a vixen could dream of. And, he was the one of the few people she saw in her best dreams. She sighed again and waited to confess her secrets to him. He was the only one she could trust them with . . .

Kinovu padded on through the forest, soon he came to a small waterfall, he stopped and looked back at her, "You ready?" He asked with a smile lightly flicking her with his tail, he leaped to a rock then leaped into the water fall coming out into a green meadow, a different part of the forest, he looked at the sky, then at a clear blue lake in the center of the meadow, the moon shown right down onto the water lighting the meadow with a white glow, he smiled and looked back waiting for Akuma.

Akuma jumped in after him and gasped. It was a beautiful place. "S-since when was this here?" She asked. She was stunned. She had never seen such a place behind a waterfall. "So . . . now what . . . I guess . . . I need to tell you everything that's happened in my life now . . ."

Kinovu looked back at her, "I found this since I was a kit." He said and smiled, "I have been waiting for a right time to show you. No one else knows about this place, and if so, they have not been here in a long time." He sat down by the lake looking at her again then laid down, "This place is beautiful, but nothing compared to you." He said calmly. He looked at her with a concerned look, "What happened?" Kinovu asked.

Akuma laid down beside him. "Well, Kinovu, there have been so many changes in my life. Too many that . . . I think I lost my old self within them. Like one is that I found my mother which she and I don't really get along, I found my brother and he and I are restarting the Akatsuki Tribe though he'll be the Elder, and I found out that my dad was the Elder of the origional Akatsuki tribe of this generation and he, was in fact, a 'daeva. That's a start of the changes, the family meet." She said with a sigh.

Kinovu smiled. "You still seem to be the same Akuma that I know and love." He said calmly, his tail flickered and he blinked, he felt that there was more, "You, are leaving Bamboo then?" He said softly, "Go on." Kinovu added his white tail waved and swayed as he watched her.

"Yeah . . . I nearly killed that Kyoufu from the Bamboo Tribe. So, they've thrown me out and I don't really care. It doesn't affect our relationship. Or . . . at least it shouldn't . . . Does it?" Akuma seemed to shrink a little.

Kinovu frowned, "Now that's a hard one." He said looking again, "I guess." He stopped himself, "I guess I can't anger you, or I will lose my life." He said with a grin and licked her cheek, "But my only question is why?" He said looking down at her.

"You won't Kinovu, not you." Akuma's eyes grew more gray then then they already were. "Kyoufu, he's a brat. He insults me and a few of my friends, he's lazy and doesn't exactly 'gather' and . . . He deserved it . . . "

Kinovu gave a solem nod, "That I can belive." He said calmly then leaned forward licking her muzle, "I am just glad to see you again, I couldent care about anyone else." He said gently.

Akuma smiled. "Thanks . . ." She replied and curled up at her side. "I'm just glad to see you again . . . Hey, can I ask you a question or two? How do you feel about all of this and, er, what do you think of me now?"
