Here’s the second newsletter! Hope everyone enjoyed the first. A lot has happen in the first month of the guild, right? 22 members, two sub forums, a massive roleplay and lots of fun! It’s summer time as well, so fun is very important. In any case, onto the topics!

Celebrations & Thanks Yous

Thank you everyone who has been in the guild so far. To have 22 members in such a short amount of time is impressive. Most guilds don’t get that much so soon. So thank you all of you who have been posting and keeping the guild active. As well as inviting members to join. You can never have too many members.

It’s also been one who month. –throws confetti- Now we just have 11 more months until the guild becomes one year old! Isn’t that exciting. Hmmm… perhaps gifts should be given out. That would be interesting. In any case, congrats for one month (and two days).

Massive Roleplay

As I’m sure of you know, the massive roleplay is currently accepting profiles. Although it seems as though only few have donated their characters to the plot. People really want this roleplay open and for that reason… GET YOUR PROFILES IN! I spent a long time making the plot and setting and you don’t want to see your lovely captain cry, do you? –tears up- If not, donate your characters to the plot. As soon as ten characters have joined, (or more, hopefully more) the roleplay will be open!

Rules

Well… since its summer, people have been off on vacation and doing other things, right? It seems as though most of the members haven’t posted. I really don’t want to have to give out warnings ‘cause somehow in the end I’m the bad guy! So please post 3 times each week. That’s not too hard and if by some reason you can’t, please say so in the thread entitled, ‘Not here to be able to post?’

If this rule keeps on being broken, I guess I could always take it away since so many people are breaking it. I don’t want to kick people out due to inactiveness, so please post. What are your views on the rule though? Does it make you post? Does it make you not want to post? Does the rule help you to find new things at the guild you wouldn’t have if the rule weren’t there? Give your opinions on the rule please!

Affiliates

Thanks to some of your ideas, we have been affiliated with School of Dedicated Roleplayers. The guild is divided up into many sub forums but the main idea is kept. On the front page, roleplays by the users and other roleplay like information is placed there. Within sub forums are massive roleplays and places where people can learn how to roleplay better. If you’re having trouble with roleplaying at all, checking it out is good.
