You guys are nuts. I like my sleep. Only Resident Evil could make me stay up for that. Or like a cool video game like Command and Conquer or Dynasty Warriors brought to the screen could make me do that kind of thing. Or anime remake brought to real life. 3nodding

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm not sure if I really want to. I'm not a Harry Potter buff, and I feel that I'm getting even fidgety than I've ever been while sitting through long films. I could barely do Transformers. @___@ I was all *shifts legs every 2 minutes*.
I don't know what could get me to out to a theater at 12AM. If they started serving coolers? haha. There's hardly any movies that I'm interested in lately. And the ones I am, would never ever come to the theater here which only plays "big" movies.

Don't worry, me too. *drools at the thought*
Anyways Transformers was not bad at all. I lubbed Matrix and I've seen quite the hefty movies so to me Transformers was perfect length wise. I just hated the last 30 minutes as it was too hectic almost when in the city. I barely was able to keep up with what transformer we were lookin at. Still good though.

I could have seen it at midnight, but the people inviting me weren't too savory and I do have work and I don't even want to try controlling 30 5-year olds with that little sleep. *shudders at the thought*
Did anyone else think that the acting in the first five to ten minutes was cheesy and didn't fit the mood the scene was trying for? And did anyone else think that Vernon looks DISGUSTING...I mean more so than usual? >.<

There was a lot of stuff that was in the books that they swapped aroundin the movie. And there wqas a lot of stuff that they left out that I thought was important as well. :/ Ahh well, no way they could fit all the good stuff into such a small showing XD...

Yea I know what you mean, but some things, like properly introducing Tonks was a bit oversight. I took my boyfriend, who doesn't read the books, to the movie and he walked out not understanding a lot of it. He's not dim, the movie just wasn't explanatory enough on some points.
Kinda like the movie Eragon, unless you read the book you didn't have a clue what was going on. Actually, I read the book and I was still confused....

I just saw the movie yesterday and I'm in full agreement that they left A LOT of stuff out. I was actually quite dissappointed with the movie. It didn't seem like any scene was more than 3-5 minutes long, too short for any depth to be added to the movie. It was more like just a movie version of a bulleted outline of the book. I mean...I know it was a thick book an' all but the movie was barely over 2 hours. Make it three and at least get SOME of the important details in. Makes you wonder, with how much details was left out, how they're going to make any sense of the 6th and 7th ones to the people who haven't read the books since SO MUCH of the 7th one are in the details.
Yay ranting.
