California. I grew up in San Francisco, and will be returning there for college in August. I also spend alot of time, unfortunately, in the valley. Oakdale. I.e., near Modesto, Escalon, Riverbank, etc.

Hawaii, represent. I don't know of any who have real, steel boned corsets here. There arent (m)any people who care for them (myself excluded, of course).

Mostly just plastic bonned though... ): Same here... though there are a larg "community" of alternatively dressed people here so it's not THAT unusual with real corsets. Though you can't buy any in my town... You have to order online or go to Gothenburg or Stockholm. (which is REALLY far away from here.)

Mostly just plastic bonned though... ): Same here... though there are a larg "community" of alternatively dressed people here so it's not THAT unusual with real corsets. Though you can't buy any in my town... You have to order online or go to Gothenburg or Stockholm. (which is REALLY far away from here.) Alternatively dressed..oh it's not that bad! Hmm well there are very good patterns that you use from fabric land. Steel boinning is hard to find.. I'm still on the hunt for it and then I can get making mine. Are you any where near toronto? It's about an hours drive or so from where I am but they do have nice ones there.

Umm...Southern California? About an hour north of San Diego or 2 hours south of Los Angeles.
...Driving, anyway ;P
